All guests are required to check-in/check-out at our offices located at 630 Tarpon Bay Road, Unit 9, prior to going to the units. When making your travel arrangements please take into consideration check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. These times are in place and strictly enforced to allow our staff and cleaners adequate time to prepare for your arrival and those of other guests.



Arrival After Business Hours

We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note the following, should you be arriving after hours:

• Your arrival packet, which includes keys and directions to your unit, will be left in our lock box at our office located at 630 Tarpon Bay Road, Unit 9.
  
  
• The lock box is located by the front door and is secured with a combination lock. The combination is provided in your confirmation information.
  
  
• Remove your arrival packet. Read and sign the attached registration card for our records and leave in the box.
  
  
• Please close the lock box, then replace and secure the combination lock.
