Lovely unit, brand new, sparkling clean. Easy walk to beach and pool was lovely. This unit was well equipped. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the location, living space, beach, pool and tennis courts, as well as bike riding in the neighborhoods. The main streets were rather crowded with bikers using the sidewalks, which made walking often awkward. Our weather was perfect 20 out of 21 days.

We loved our first visit to Sanibel. The condo was great. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful view every morning watching the birds dive for fish while we drank our coffee. Check in and out was a breeze.

We especially liked being so close to the beach. The short pathway leading to the beach was lovely and an easy walk. The screened in porch was terrific.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It could use some updates (dishes, flatware, ceiling fans) but the condo was cute and we enjoyed the cottage feel of the place.

We loved it!

we have always enjoyed coming to Sanibel. Sanibel Holiday has been fair and good to us, and when we have experienced trouble, they were good about seeing to it the problem solved. We have been coming for over 20 years, and God willing, we will continue.

Sanibel Holiday could not have picked a better place for us to stay. It was just a 1/2 a mile from their office and easy to find. I had told them about my disabilities and the condo they picked for us was perfect. It was literally just steps from the sand and water. When we arrived that afternoon everything was ready for us to check in. Overall the condo was clean but the dressers and tables could have used a wiping down, they were very gritty. Im just a little OCD about dirt. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff at Sanibel Holiday were great to work with and very helpful and very courteous. The location of the condo was perfect to all the restaurants, shops and grocery store too. When we decide to come back we definitely plan to use Sanibel Holiday again and if this same condo is available we will request it.

Rental was nicely furnished and decor had a nice beach feel but not over the top. Just as listed it is just a short walk right to the beach. Only drawback was it was very close to a public access making the beach a little busy but nothing that would stop us from renting it again.
