It was a great escape for a family of four from the cold of Connecticut. The property location and its amenities (beach, pool and tennis court) served us well. The week went by quickly. When we were leaving, my 6yo announced: I want to stay another 13(?) days...

Rental unit was great. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again if needed. Only disappointment was the beach chairs that were for guests. We bought our own as the 2 that were there were slightly ripped and didn’t recline. Other than that we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

This was our families first trip to Sanibel Island. We had a great trip. We found the property to be accurately described, the property was clean and very well maintained, we enjoyed the pool at the facility, the walk to the beach was short, and great proximity to the bike path and restaurants. The service provided by Sanibel Holiday at check in was very helpful. Seems like they thought of everything to ensure their clients have a great experience. I would recommend this property to another family.

Rental property was wonderful. It was clean and had a wonder view balcony. It had everything we needed.The only problem i had with the property was with worn out furniture and a toilet that would that was 50 year old and would not flush.You would have to plunge it 3 or 4 times to flush.

Wonderful location for a family vacation. Our family of 5 adults / teens enjoyed staying at this property. The upstairs area offers no privacy / access to the bathroom, so maybe better suited to a child than a teenager, but this was apparent from the photos. Sanibel is a wonderful place to vacation, especially during the pandemic, as we were able to spend most of our time either in our own apartment, or outside on the beach, which is within easy walking distance. This property is run by a rental agency, not a private Airbnb owner, so you have to go via the rental office and sign a contract beforehand. There were two maintenance issues scheduled during our week's stay, but overall the property is in reasonable condition and the rental agency personnel polite and helpful.

We had a great time! The condo was in a great location! Was very comfortable for 5 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook some meals. We really enjoyed the pool. The area is quiet, but close to all the restaurant! We will definitely rent it again!

We had a great experience with this unit. We had a total of five persons - three adults and two teenagers. The unit is spacious, well equipped, close to the beach, staff was great. It was an overall great vacation experience.

The condo is in excellent location to the beach, about a minute walk and very easy and close. There was not one time that we didn't have what we needed, whether it be kitchen utensils or beach equipment, this condo had everything we needed. Property is very clean and overall well maintained though a few very small things could use some attention like the showerheads need cleaned or replaced and some of the bedding is dated but overall these weren't things that kept us from enjoying the condo.

You can't go wrong spending a week on Sanibel Island and this comfy condo has everything you need to have a super relaxing week: a very short walk to the beach, three bedrooms with extra beds for kids, beach chairs and toys, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in kitchen, grill just down the stairs, pool 30 seconds away, books, games, two TVs, and super-helpful Sanibel Holiday staff check on you to make sure all is well.

We arrived late Saturday afternoon and picked up our key using the sanibel holiday app. The condo was very nice and spacious. We went down to the beach and it was beautiful. With the info at the condo we were able to find all sorts of things to do on the island. Can't wait to return!!!
