Major projects are expected to be completed by opening day, however, there still may be some smaller projects happening and as well as work on individual units. There could be noise associated with this work as well as workers and work truck on site. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.
Island Beach Club F310 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a partial Gulf view and is within 100 yards of the direct beach access. Newly remodeled bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, custom made cabinets that continue into the laundry room, many new stainless-steel appliances and new lighting.
This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy partial Gulf views from your private wrap-around balcony. The owner offers access to the ground level storage unit with beach chairs and umbrella for your use which is conveniently located directly in front of your covered parking space.
Island Beach Club is a 75-unit complex with elevators, shuffleboard, and a heated pool (Now open). The property is just a short bike ride to Doc Fords and Periwinkle Way’s restaurants and shops. This is a smoke-free property as well as a dog friendly condo for a non-refundable fee (restrictions may apply). ***THIS UNIT REQUIRES A 2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY BEGINNING IN JANUARY AND RUNNING THROUGH EASTER EACH YEAR***
