It was so great to stay in a place right on the beach with all the amenities of a home. It was so nice to be able to come in after a day at the beach/pool and cook a nice meal to eat while watching the sunset from the patio. They are also dog friendly and allowed larger (over 20 lbs) which is rare to find on the island. The condo was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

We loved Sanibel. Property was great, al little on the tired side, but allowed our dog and all the other features outweighed that. Stocked well convenient great porch and close to everything. Sanibel Holiday was awesome in every measure. Communication was great and having never been to Sanibel that was very helpful . We will use them next time for sure.

This was our second winter season at IBC F310. We remain completely satisfied. The unit is spacious and contains everything needed for short or long-term stays.
We especially appreciate the location - a decent view to the water, a short walk to the beach, and a great spot for biking to almost anything.
And, ofcourse, IBC is very dog friendly, a huge plus for us.
We also appreciate that the owner contacted us about his plans for future upgrades.

Honestly we went to Sanibel for the shells. Heard it was one of the best and even during pretty rough weather it did not disappoint. Our place was great. Just a short walk to the beach and very accommodating. Really loved the covered parking this unit offered.

We have stayed on Sanibel many times, so feel confident in describing our stay at IBC F310. There are some parts of the unit that have not been updated yet (e.g., kitchen counters/cabinet and bathroom vanities). For us, that was unimportant. The unit was comfortable, clean, spacious, and attractively decorated. It came equipped with everything we needed for our three-month stay. The owner and rental agent were both courteous and helpful. This unit is the closest in the complex to the road, so cars will be heard sometimes, but we did not find that to be a problem. Although not the closest unit to the water, there is still a good view of the Gulf. On-site staff kept the buildings and grounds in beautiful shape. Pool is excellent. Covered parking was much appreciated. Location is excellent; you can easily bike to everything. And we could bring out dog! Bottom line, we rolled over our reservation for the next year because we were perfectly satisfied with our stay.

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Island Beach Club expect to begin welcoming guests on October 25, 2025. Major projects are expected to be completed by opening day, however, there still may be some smaller projects happening and as well as work on individual units. There could be noise associated with this work as well as workers and work truck on site. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.
Island Beach Club F310 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a partial Gulf view and is within 100 yards of the direct beach access. Newly remodeled bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, custom made cabinets that continue into the laundry room, many new stainless-steel appliances and new lighting.
This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy partial Gulf views from your private wrap-around balcony. The owner offers access to the ground level storage unit with beach chairs and umbrella for your use which is conveniently located directly in front of your covered parking space.
Island Beach Club is a 75-unit complex with elevators, shuffleboard, and a heated pool (Now open). The property is just a short bike ride to Doc Fords and Periwinkle Way’s restaurants and shops. This is a smoke-free property as well as a dog friendly condo for a non-refundable fee (restrictions may apply). ***THIS UNIT REQUIRES A 2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY BEGINNING IN JANUARY AND RUNNING THROUGH EASTER EACH YEAR***
