Awesome! Condo 263 at Loggerhead Cay was clean and furniture/decor was beautiful. Sanibel Holiday was great to rent from.

We stayed at the condo for a week in January. Condo was clean, close to the ocean and pretty well equipped.
We did have issues with water for shower; the water would not get hot or became cold after 2-3 min in the shower. Customer service response was quick, but he only told us that the water tank is small (20 gal) and not to take 2 showers at the same time or use dishwasher and shower at the same time.
After leaving I realized that we forgot an Apple Watch charger at the unit; I contacted customer service; they said they will check with cleaning crew; I am still waiting for a response and it has been 4 days.
We will probably pick a different unit, since we stayed at the same complex 3 yrs ago and did not have any issues with showers/

This was our 10th visit to Sanibel Island and we have never stayed anywhere but Loggerhead Cay. The property is still beautiful even its recovery stage from Hurricane Ian. The condo was in Tip top shape and very well equipped with all the day to day needs. You don’t even notice the subtle maintenance going on to make repairs. The inner courtyard and pool are still very beautiful. The beach and shelling were amazing as the fishing the best around. We caught many snapper, snook, and jacks during our stay. The only downside was there are limit places to dine but more are opening each day. It’s different lost hurricane but it is still the most beautiful place in the world. The locals still say they are 3 years from full recovery. Loggerhead cay has done a wonderful job making sure accommodations were available. The staff at Sanibel Holiday was very helpful and checked in on us several times via text and phone calls. I highly recommend both Sanibel Holiday and Loggerhead cay.

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay several times. This was a great unit on the 3rd floor of Building 2. It was nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the kitchen wasn't as well-equipped as other units we have stayed in. Several of the pots we needed for cooking did not have lids.

As always sanibel didn't disappoint. We come down 2 times a year. The property was nice and it's coming back. The bed was comfy. The whole condo was done uo very well. The people at sanibel holidays were as always great. We liked the location but the beaches were a bit crowded. But that's on us for going down around spring break. But as always we were on vacation so it really didn't matter.

The Condo was ready and waiting when we arrived. Everything was clean and the promised "starter supplies" were in place. We had been warned about the construction noise and associated traffic but it was easy to work around. We didn't try to leave when the roads were busy in the afternoon.
We loved our time on Sanibel and the accommodations added to our experience.

Unit was as described. Kitchen & dining are roomy. Really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella at the unit. Though we did not use the beach towels at the unit, that was a nice perk as well.

We love this beautiful condo. It has everything you need and is a comfortable home away from home. We've stayed here 3 times. The decor is pretty and well kept and we found the mattress comfortable too~which is BIG! The grounds at Loggerhead are always beautifully kept. We enjoyed a lovely stay.

We had a lovely week escaping the Northeast at this condo. The community facilities are well maintained and notably more sound-proof than other places we have stayed. We loved enjoying the morning sun on the lanai and watching the sunset out the front door. A few minor maintenance items were quickly resolved (note: two of the best beach chairs were broken but there are still 4+ chairs available). Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings (note: one of the chairs is a recliner), several jigsaw puzzles to complete. Beach was a quick walk from the unit. The only small downside was that the twin beds could use an upgrade.

When we walked in the door, we couldn’t believe how beautiful this condo is!! The furniture is so nice, the decor and colors are pretty and cheerful, and the whole place is in excellent condition. I was so pleased to find nice appliances and equipment in the kitchen. We Had everything we needed!

Our experience was good. A few things that might be taken care of are: removing cracked bowls, platter in the kitchen. The light outside the master bedroom did not work. The lamps on either side of the bed plugged into the outlet behind the bed did not work so we plugged them into the outlets beside the bed. Was this a fuse problem? The twin bed mattresses were not comfortable. The pool was great as one could swim laps.

Loggerhead Cay has a great location near the bridge for handy access to Fort Myers where our relatives live. They come to visit often while we are here and enjoy the life on the Island when they come!

Our condo was amazing. It had everything you would ever want. It was like being at home without the resposibilities. Other than Red Tide beginning to move in, the week was amazing! The weather was great and we spent most of our time enjoying the beaches up and down the coast from Sanibel to Captiva. Loved the shops and grocery stores. We so enjoyed just relaxing and spending time with good friends. Would definitely book there again. Even played Powerball to try to win enough to not go back!

My experience was excellent! We often used the service of stopping into the Sanibel Holiday office to get free daily newspapers and ask advice for dinner recommendations, etc. It's location near Jerry's supermarket was most helpful.

The individual unit was very clean and well appointed. The condo complex appears well maintained and managed. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors. We could hear the people in the unit above walking. The unit above and to the right was was having new laminate flooring and baseboards installed. I guess this is all part of condo living but it was irritating to us. We will try to stay in top floor units from now on.
