I was very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. It had everything we needed. Communication was quick to respond. Location was close to beach, pool, bike path and restaurants. I would rent again or recommend the condo.

We have been coming to Sanibel for almost 40 years and stayed at many properties. Our previous favorite is still not available since Hurricane Ian so we had to find a new place to stay. I guess there is a silver lining.

Perfect place to vacation! Close to the beach 5 minute walk though the complex. All beach gear provided. Beds are comfortable, condo is bright and cheerful with everything you need to cook. This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we definitely will again! Sanibel Holiday and the host are easily reachable should you need anything.

We had a great time at Loggerhead Cay 313. Nice accommodations, with responsive and helpful management. The pool is apparently one of the biggest condo pools on Sanibel, which was all our kid cared about... so the place was a hit.

This immaculate third-floor condo has comfortable furniture, an abundance of linens, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is one dedicated parking space. A screened lanai containing plush seating offers a pleasant space for reading and relaxing. Down the hallway near the elevator you’ll find a storage area containing individual units’ beach equipment. The one for 313 is packed, including a wagon to haul items the lengthy walk to the beach. I found the master bathroom tub too tall (perhaps 18”) to use safely. The access to the second bathroom’s shower is quite narrow, but safer. The management company was very helpful in figuring out which of the 3 remotes controlled the living room television. Each of the unit’s 3 televisions uses a different signal source, very confusing. The owners obviously love beach life, as tropical pictures and decorations abound.

We enjoyed our week in this property. However it's a bit far from the beach being in the last blog. Kitchen was not well supplied - minimal covers for pots and pans, only 4 knives, etc.Bed was super comfortable and porch furniture was nice.

This rental unit was awesome!! Well worth the money. Very clean and absolutely had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, toys and the wagon to tote them to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a real blessing. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!!

The unit has everything you need & is very comfortable. Our one comment, & it is a personal preference, the bed is firmer than we like.The unit has enough beach equipment for a party; numerous beach chairs, noodles, floats, umbrellas, etc.

This condo was well appointed, great location and beautiful community. The kitchen had every gadget anyone would need to cook for your crew. The beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome and in good shape. Enough for the whole family. We will be back again soon!

We waited until 3 days before our vacation started to make sure there were no hurricanes. We had a great week. Rental company was awesome and the condo was great. Loved our time on the beach, shelling and restaurants were great. Very restful week.

We spent two weeks here in July, 2020. We have been visiting Sanibel for the past 15 years each summer and have stayed at Loggerhead Cay many times. 313 is certainly the best condo that we have stayed in at Loggerhead Cay. It is on the third floor and gives you a nice view of the courtyard. The condo is loaded with amenities. We will most certainly be staying here again next summer.

Fantastic family vacation! This condo is not a direct beach view but makes up for that with every amenity. Lots of beach equipment (6chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, noodles and wagon to carry it all). Plus beach towels. The pool here is large (25 yard?) and never felt crowded. Beds were comfy and bedding was newer. Towels were new white and good quality. The kitchen was well equipped with everything and even had coolers and insulated drink bottles. They also had an air mattress and lots of extra sheets. We have stayed at many condos on Sanabel and found this to be the best one we have ever experienced. Stay here!

The location of our condo was amazing, just a short walk to the beach. Keep in mind walking up stairs to get to the unit. We used the kitchen every day to cook. So beneficial to have laundry and dryer in the unit. We took advantage of watching Netflix on the TVs (needs a subscription or can do the free trial). The management team was superb, we would definitely recommend this property.
