**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Pointe Santo has been welcoming guests since March 2025, however, please expect repair and recovery efforts to still be happening on the property during your stay. There will be work trucks on site and possible noise during daylight hours. The pickleball/tennis courts, pool and hot tub are open and elevators are working (but cannot be guaranteed). As of 6/25 the Clubhouse is being rebuilt with completion in mid 2026. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery.

There is also a breakfast bar with 2 additional stools that connects to the dining area where you can host 6 people for a family meal. Or enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai and watch the sunset. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, flat screen TV & DVD player and has a direct access to the lanai with Gulf views. The primary bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest room is perfect for 2 adults, kids or visiting family and is furnished with a full and twin bed, flat screen TV & DVD player. The guest bath is easily accessed from the guest room with a bathtub/shower combo.

From your 3rd floor screened lanai you can enjoy Gulf views over the tropical lagoon, heated pool, hot tub and pavilion. Relax on the numerous lounge chairs around the pool and the beach. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a tennis or pickleball match on the tennis or pickleball courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard or a beach volleyball game.

Unit C36 provides 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles, children's beach toys, and beach towels for your use. Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings provide elevators and wireless internet access throughout the complex. Per Pointe Santo de Sanibel's Condo Association Parking Policy there is one (1) guaranteed parking space for each condo. All other additional parking spaces are limited and first-come, first-serve and are NOT guaranteed.
