View from lanai even better than pictured. Unit is very clean, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished. Storm re-construction to new office building was in process but not troublesome at all. Grounds were spotless and centrally located We had a wonderful and relaxing trip.

Our family had a great time on Sanibel Island and we look forward to returning. The condo was in an ideal location both on the island and within the Pointe Santo community. It was very spacious, clean and the owners thought of everything to make it comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed coffee looking at the ocean and the palm oasis every morning on the balcony. We rented bikes for the week and had fun exploring the island because there are bike trails everywhere. We enjoyed the J.N. “Ding” Darling Tram Tour, the Shell Museum and the awesome sunsets at Blind Pass and Turner beaches (wear bug spray, esp at dusk!). The restaurant we enjoyed the most was, “Cip’s,” for great food, service and atmosphere, but there are many local restaurants on the island to choose from and most are pretty good. While we were in south FL, we wanted to see the Everglades and it is a short 1.5 hour drive to Everglades City from Sanibel. There, we rode airboats through mangroves & grasses seeing lots of gators and other wildlife. That was a lot of fun! Also, one night we went into Fort Meyers and rode the Murder Mystery Train with a 5-course dinner and watched an interactive mystery play as we ate. That week, there was also a lot of “down time” just relaxing at the Sanibel beaches and soaking up the sun. The beach in front of the condo was really nice. We did check out others like Bowman beach and Lighthouse beaches, too, but we had to navigate lots of traffic at those beaches. We discovered that our condo beach was great for everything we wanted, including shelling, and we were glad it was right there at the condo. We would definitely recommend C-36 at Pointe Santo to anyone who wants to visit beautiful Sanibel/Captiva Islands.

We had a wonderful stay at C36 Pointe Santo in Sanibel. The location of the condo was great! Very close to Baileys and restaurants. The condo itself was wonderful. Clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved the Lanai looking out to the Ocean. The resort itself was spread out , spacious and never felt crowded. We will be back!

This was our first stay in C36 and it was everything we had hoped for: incredible view from lanai, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Everything was super clean and nicely updated. The dish TV was frustrating at times, but we eventually got it figured out. Many thanks to our host!

Pointe Santo C-36 felt like our home away from home. Very clean & organized. Everything you might possibly need for a getaway is available to you. Big beach towels, nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, floats etc. Master bed is very comfortable & the upgrades to bathrooms & kitchen are a nice touch. The unit itself is very clean with a great view. At the beach the loungers, tables & umbrellas are good quality. Same with pool area. All areas very clean with plush landscaping. We would stay again. Great communication with owners & rental company.

My husband and I have visited Sanibel seven times. We have tried several locations on the island and we finally found our favorite place, Pointe Santo c-36.

What's not to love about Pointe Santo C36?! As you mentioned this unit was recently updated throughout but it mostly shows in the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! The owner also very generously guarantees 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Another favorite detail about this unit is the bedding set in the master, queen AND twin in the guest bedroom and by the way they are all very comfortable! We are thrilled you found your favorite place with us and hope you are coming back to see us soon!

This condominium looks very nice. Furniture is very comfortable. Everything you would need is there. I especially liked how much information was available, from how to run the TV, where to go and what to do. The one hiccup we had was the air conditioner. stopped working. We called the number and a repairman was in and out before we knew it. There was a confirmation call to make sure it was fixed.

Unit C36 provides 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles, children's beach toys, and beach towels for your use. Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings provide elevators and wireless internet access throughout the complex. Per Pointe Santo de Sanibel's Condo Association Parking Policy there is one (1) guaranteed parking space for each condo. All other additional parking spaces are limited and first-come, first-serve and are NOT guaranteed.
