This is the second year we stayed at this condo and are already booked for a third. We love this place! It is so much better than a cramped hotel.The condo is in great condition and we wanted for nothing. Point Santo is beautifully landscaped and centrally located. We love the 4th floor deck! It's great if you have kids who need a break and you want to still sit out. Can't wait until next year.

This was our third time staying in this condo and we were not disappointed. The unit is very clean as is the resort. I like how close the pool and beach are to the condo. It's a short walk so if you forget something you can easily access the unit. My college aged sons loved the volleyball court and played all week and met great people from all over the country. The pool is clean as is the hot tub. There could have been a few more items in the kitchen like a muffin pan but otherwise it was fully stocked. The staff onsite was very friendly and check in was easy. The beachfront is very nice. I would recommend this unit and resort to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Also, the rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset and stars.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. We were there for 2 weeks without any problems. My sister-in-law felt like the full sized bed was too hard for her, but she bought an eggshell mattress cover, and was fine after that. I loved how all of the condos had a great view of the beach. The view from the rooftop was magnificent!

This is the first property we've rented other than a hotel and we were very happy. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the lanai and sundeck. The views were spectacular. We've already rebooked for next year. The rental company was very easy to deal with. The atmosphere was much nicer then those over crowded resorts we were accustomed to. This was our second trip to Sanibel and we absolutely love it.

This was our 10th visit to Sanibel and the 3rd time staying at Pointe Santo D45. It was absolutely wonderful! The only suggestion I might make is to upgrade the furniture on the roof deck. It is adequate, but not great. Everything else about this condo is fantastic. We hope to come again some day.

This condo was the most well-appointed condo ever - lots of appliances, dishes, glassware- more than an normal house! Sheets and towels were first class as was the furniture. Lots of little details made for a fabulous stay like all the beach chairs, toys, games, etc. Didn't need to pick up anything else but groceries! Condo feels well taken care of by owners - wouldn't guess it's a rental unit as it feels more like a real home. Thank you!

D45 at Pointe Santo de Sanibel was extremely clean and had ample accommodations for five of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. If view was great, and I was worried about that since it is not gulf front. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Location was wonderful. We got what we were told we would get. View from patio was the best ever! Short walk to beach. Great pool. Great restaurants wash to get to. Lazy Cow-Blue Giraffe- Traders- Danta- Lighthouse- DQ-Island Pizza to name a few. Mucky Duck on Captiva Boat ride to Cabbage Key fun. Would recommend to a friend. Our unit D45 did need new carpet and better lighting
