The unit had been refurbished very well and the owner was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space to meet our needs. The pool, elevator and lagoon still needed work, but we knew this going down. We were given a discount because of this which was definitely appreciated. Would highly recommend this unit.

Everything was great, unfortunately S H is not very generous with basic needs. For the price charged for 2 weeks in a condo with no pool or elevator, they ought to supply more than 1 roll of cheap gritty TP, 1 microscopic tiny bar of soap, and what upscale hotel wouldn't provide some Kleenex to wipe your eye glasses dry? Otherwise super nice unit, the very caring owner contacted us 2 or 3 times to make sure we were happy and asked if she could help us in any way.

We had a lovely time. We’ve not returned for over 3 years due to Ian, and we were excited to return again to enjoy unit 112, Sand Pointe and Sanibel Island. Our excitement was well founded.....we had a great time!! The refurb for Unit 112 is very excellent. New everything........ kitchen, baths, bedrooms, living areas.....all well appointed with high quality furnishings. Yes, there’s still work proceeding outside with the pool, landscaping, pathways, etc. but it’s progressing nicely and we believe that when totally completed, it’ll be better than ever!!

This condo has been completely been redone after Ian - it's beautiful. The grounds and other exterior features are still being worked on, and we were made fully aware of that. Sanibel Holiday and the owners are very communicative and respectful of their guests - I couldn't ask for anything else.

Comfort and Relaxation without lugging it all from home! This place is nicely situated close to everything including the pool, the beach, the restaurants and shopping! It comes well equipped with the necessities and then some! We didn’t need anything and appreciated the garage parking, to boot

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Point 100% The accommodations meet our expectations. When we contact Holiday Vacations about the leaky kitchen faucet and burned out bulb in the bathroom the needed repair men were there in a very fast fashion. They were very friendly and professional. Holiday Vacations staff are also very friendly and professional. I will be back and recommend them to my family and friends. The only think I can add is, it would be nice if the beach items available would be listed along with the condo accommodations, such as beach chairs, umbrella, Etc.

We love this property! It’s always clean and inviting. Only a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach, or steps to the pool. The condo has everything you need to make your vacation as stress free as possible, from beach toys for the kids to extra towels. A full kitchen if you opt to cook a meal or two. We loved Sand Pointe 112 - the view and the comfort. It had everything we needed and then some including beach towels, chairs, pool noodles, etc. It was very clean, and the owners are involved and proactive. They came over to change a chair that had been slightly damaged. I totally recommend this unit.

We loved Sand Pointe 112. It is a gorgeous condo, steps from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were there for us to use at the beach, very convenient. Took our bikes with us and locked them in the bike racks avail. Highly recommend this condo. Everything you need is provided.

Our family visited 12/25/21 thru 1/1/21. We had an amazing week! It was our fourth stay at Sand Pointe 112. The condo is located close to restaurants and shopping right in the middle of the island. The condo is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs among some other items to be used on the beach, The gulf views are amazing and the pool and beach are just a short walk away. The staff at Sanibel holiday are amazing and followed up with us a few days after we checked in. It was an amazing trip!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Sand Pointe 112. The condo was very clean, and well equipped. The King bed in primary bedroom had a new mattress and it was very comfortable. The reservation process, and check in and out was quick and easy. I The beach was gorgeous, and shells were amazing.

My dad recently moved off of the island, and since then my daughter, husband and I have been looking for somewhere to spend a week to visit the island. Our time at Sand Pointe 112 was wonderful! My cousin and her family joined us and were able to rent Sand Pointe 224 as well. We had an amazing trip. The condo was perfect, well equipped and comfortable. The porch is screened, which was a pleasant surprise for me since I am extremely allergic to no-see-ums. The unit is a short walk to beach and has wonderful water views. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom allowed us to sleep-in like we have never before, which was amazing. We cooked in every night. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not need anything while cooking. The condo is so close to Bailey's that I walked there a few mornings for coffee and breakfast. We hopefully will have the opportunity to stay here again.

This was our second visit to Sanibel and stay at the condo. We wouldn’t change a thing. The unit is well equipped with essentials and is very comfortable. There are many pool and beach items that we would normally had to purchase and leave behind. We are just steps from the pool and beach. The staff is very helpful and available. We love everything about the unit and area. Will definitely be returning.

What a treat! We hadn't been back to Sanibel for a very long time. The experience didn't disappoint! Lovely accommodations with breathtaking views. Comfortable, relaxing and close to some of our favorite restaurants. Loved the quietness of the beach at this location. Shelling was great. Lovely pool and grounds. The balcony was our go to after a day at the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend.

Our unit was lovely-we have stayed there before. We had excellent customer service and we would recommend this property. Our only disappointment was that our unit was rented for next year before we had the chance to rebook. This was not communicated effectively. Not the owner's fault.

We love our annual stay at Sand Point 112! We knew about this before hand but when we arrived the carpets were still wet from being cleaned as for the couches which took at least two days to completely dry so we were not able to sit on them unfortunately without getting wet. It was nice to have clean carpet and clean furniture but unfortunately two of our seven days we couldn’t enjoy the couches. The only thing I would add to the unit is some more comfy pillows in the couch area for lounging. We had a wonderful week!

Our overall experience was very good. The most important thing to me was the distance to the beach as I am partially handicapped. It was perfect! One small thing was that we had no ice in the freezer upon arrival. The bin was empty and the trays were empty. Just a minor detail. The kitchen could have used a couple of smaller pots , as we were just 2 people, and the cooking utensils were sparse. Location of the unit was just outside the elevator, which was perfect for our time there, but when the season is busier, I can see that the noise level would not be good. We did have a loud group that checked in next door to us. That cannot be controlled though, no fault of the condo owner. I appreciate the courtesy extended to us when the elevator broke and repair was done very quickly, as I am partially handicapped and climbing the stairs to get down just one time was hard. The staff at Sanibel Holiday was very kind and compassionate when keys were misplaced. They were found before we left and turned in. We love Sanibel!

We do not leave ice behind as there could be the risk of contamination from the previous guest. For the same reason we also do not leave behind any food product (even something as simple as salt & pepper are required by the state of Florida to be take our guests safety very seriously! I will pass along to the owner the need for smaller pots and additional cooking utensils. These owners are very particular that each guest has what they need for a wonderful stay! This condo is 5 star! The furnishings are off of a showroom floor. It’s actually too nice to be a rental. The location is perfect.

Condo was just as described. Neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely pool. Elevator was great since we had lots to bring up. Also has covered parking. Owners supplied a wonderful tip list on places to eat and things to do. I was there from 9/21/19 to 9/28/19. The only bad part was having to leave to go back home. Will definitely stay here again!

We called Sand Pointe condo 112 home for a week and it was wonderful. Conveniently located on the island we enjoyed easy access to stores, restaurants and other beaches but also enjoyed the privacy we had when we returned home. The pool was a daily treat for us. Enjoyed the view of the beach, lagoon and pool and all the birds and wildlife each morning on the lanai and the sunset in the evening. Easy access to the beach. The other conveniences of home like a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite was a bonus. Would recommend!

We had a great family vacation staying in Sand Pointe 112. The staff at Sanibel Holiday was helpful and very friendly.
The other people we met that were also staying in the complex were friendly, it was almost like our own little community. One family even had an ice cream social for the kids the Friday before we all had to check out. The our 3 year old grandchild loved the pool on days that the surf was too much for him on the beach. The condo had everything we needed, from beach umbrellas, chairs and toys to crock pot, cooking utensils, you name it. Close to the beach, nice covered area to park the car, everything was perfect.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at SP112. The condo is perfect for our family of four. Sanibel Holiday and the owner are amazing and very attentive to their guests needs. The only issue we had was with the dryer but the Sanibel Holiday was working hard to remedy the problem.

We all enjoyed the condo experience at Sanibel Island,lovely place. I have stayed at this particular unit several times before and would continue to stay there in the future. It's always clean and well equipped not to mention a lovely place to escape from the winter weather. The rental owner is always helpful as well as the Rental Management. We especially enjoyed Doc Ford's also Over Easy as well as Grandma Dots Restaurants. We also enjoyed the Ding Darling Refuge, took our rental car thru and got out at different photo stops, we rented bicycles too. I had taken taken the Dolphin Cruise several years ago, always a good time.

Sand Pointe #112 is exactly as described - and more! The 2 bedroom/2 bath 1st floor unit has a fantastic view of the pool/garden area and the Gulf of Mexico. The property is well maintained and clean, and I liked that the property is small and the building has only 3 floors. The kitchen has more than your standard utensils and pots/pans so that made preparing Christmas dinner much easier. We did a lot of cooking in the condo, so we had everything we needed. The owner and Sanibel Holiday were fantastic to work with. Our vacation was originally scheduled in September and due to illness, I needed to reschedule. The owner (Julie) and Sanibel Holiday were more than willing to assist me and work out a time that was acceptable. And what better time to be in FL than Christmas! We arrived after 5pm on the day of our arrival, which meant after hours instructions on getting the keys. It was seamless! The unit is located off W Gulf Drive and is close to restaurants, shopping and activities. One of the reasons for us to visit Sanibel was for the shelling and it did not disappoint. My Mom and I enjoyed 4 days of shelling and walking along the beach. I highly recommend this condo and Sanibel Holiday for your next vacation! I'll definitely be back to enjoy another week on Sanibel Island.

Great getaway with everything we needed. I loved that we could park under the building so our car was in the shade so it was semi cool when getting back into it. The condo was great it had everything you would need for your vacation. Full kitchen for meals, laundry, pool and beach accessories on the lanai. There were books for reading. I loved the ceiling fans to to keep all the air moving. We really enjoyed the pool during our stay and it was never over crowded.

We arrived quite late, but had no issues getting our keys and into our place. The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach! I did notice people left many clothing items at the pool, which was not very nice. We saw manatee, a nesting loggerhead, a nest assist, dolphins, and many other birds and sea-life. Disappointed that we did not see an alligator. The end of the trip was disheartening due to the many deceased marine life and smell, but it was not the fault of the owners and management. Hopefully the state will make some changes and it helps clean up the Gulf and bay
