We highly recommend this Condo.. Nice Location, Close to beach, can see the Beach from LR and Screened in Porch. Above the Pool with Pond view to the Right.. Master Bed (King) was extremely comfortable.. Very Quite, Non Smoking Building which we loved.. The Condo was so Nicely Decorated.. Just enough beach thyme without going overboard.. I personally got up at 6:30 am to collect shells, I got 9 fighting Conchs, so many to chose from. But getting down there early is the key for the best selection.. Definitely would that their again..

We loved our stay at Sand Point. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved having meals on the screened in balcony. The views of the gulf were breathtaking. We loved being so close to the beach and we also loved hoping in the pool as well. We had such a terrific time! The owner was very responsive and so helpful. The management company was also so helpful.
We love Sand Pointe too for all the same reasons! Beautiful Gulf views from the unit and lanai, great beach access and pool for when you want to take a dip! The owner of 133 has done a nice job with decorating and making sure the unit is comfortable and has everything our guests could need to enjoy their beach vacation including access to a well-stocked ground level storage great amenity that allows for easily bringing beach equipment to and from the beach!

We loved the unit: it is beautifully designed, comfortable beds and furniture. It is a short walk to the beach across the dunes. This was our first stay in this unit though we've been coming to Sanibel for 10 years now and or usual rental was unavailable. The kitchen was well equipped and they had hospital grade sanitizer available. The only thing I would improve on is availability of a beach umbrella and updating the beach chairs.

From booking until we left from our vacation everything went so smooth! Our room was very clean, and the open family area was great! Loved the vaulted ceilings and the decor gave such a cozy feeling. The balcony...OMG THE was my families favorite place the chill our than the beach of course. It’s very spacious, ceiling fan, lots of seating, screened in, and the view!
The owner was very nice and prompt to answering questions. The property manger was very welcoming after our 12hr drive and gave us recommendations for the area bc it was our 1st time visiting the area. They even called and checked in on us to make sure we got settled in good. We had the best time and will definitely be visiting again! Summer time it wasn’t very busy so it was extra relax and chill. Some locals said their busiest time is in winter.
We are in LOVE with Sanibel Island now!

Our stay in Sand Pointe couldn’t have been any better. The unit was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided everything you need. Although we brought our own beach chairs, etc. they were there for use. The large screened in balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach and a place to relax to the sound of the waves. It was just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The building during that week had respectful occupants and the evenings were quiet making for a good night sleep.

Great time, lovely condo, excellent beach and lots of fun in the sun. We liked all the many restaurants we tried and went back to a couple a second time. Can't wait to book again!

The location was perfect, short walking distance to the pool and beach for our 3 and 7 year old. The condo was clean and a storage closet had all beach toys, umbrella, wagon, and chairs for our use which was great. The proximity to activities was close too, and short drives or a bike ride. The condo was quiet. The couple of slight cons (not really deal breakers or surprises) would be the carpet and furniture in the condo, while clean, didn't feel new/clean, the pool was a little small but worked for our needs, the master bedroom mattress was super soft and not flat. The view was great though, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our third or fourth year renting this unit and we have always been very satisfied until this year. Upon entering we immediately noticed it was not as clean - leftover personal effects from previous guests, toilet seats that needed cleaning, no strainer in main bathroom faucet, shower door very difficult to move, dust clumps on kitchen ceiling, numerous "bumps" on kitchen counter, i.e. previous guests foods bits not removed by cleaning staff. There was also peeling paint on the baseboard in the living room. That said, the first week was generally as expected. Problems began the second week when the place erupted in a spring break atmosphere. On Saturday, we were driven from the porch by the screaming gang of kids. Twice over the next three days I went out to ask them the leave the pool after 9:00 p.m., I gave up on the third day. Given the fact that bad behavior could erupt at any time, we opted to leave on Wednesday. Posted pool rules were ignored. Diving was common, drinking by and in the pool was the norm with two families complete with coolers and glass bottles. Pooll rules meant nothing. It should be noted that your list of rules differ from those of the posted rules which in turn contradict themselves with two different sets, not that anyone reads or adheres to them. After this experience, we will probably bot be returning to that complex and would respectfully request that you return our security deposit and three days of unused time. We feel that we were effectively driven out of the unit that you had promised was quite and well managed. While a certain amount of noise is to be expected what we experienced was, we feel, beyond the norm.
Thank you.

Peter & Marilyn Blanchard

Had a/c issues when arrived. Temp was 78 on Saturday and 81 on Sunday. Basically only cooled by ceiling fans. Called and by Monday mid afternoon it was semi fixed. On Friday, they installed a new a/c unit. Did not know and was wondering why we were warming up again. Refrigerator did not keep food and drinks as cold as it should. It was turned up to a 7 to keep it so so. Other was great.

Sand Point is a well done complex, not too big, with a fine view of the water from every porch. The pool was warm and inviting. The shelling was fun. It was a special week for us. Owner and Sanibel Holiday were very easy to work with. Sanibel Holiday made sure they checked in on us from time to time. We only had one issue with the people that we had a shared locker with, taking our labeled umbrella. We called Sanibel Holiday to explain what happened and within the hour they had a brand new umbrella waiting outside outside our door.

We have always had a positive rental experience with Sanibel Holiday. The specific information about this unit could have been better; nothing about beach equipment, the availability of the bicycles and location of trash and recycling. The women in the office were most helpful, recommending a specific unit as being closest to the walk when I mentioned my 98 year old mother was with us. And I was very glad to be able to have a package shipped to the office.
