We planned a week away with friends and stayed last year in this unit! We have been coming for many years to Sanibel. We love this condo unit. It is well stocked, comfortable and a great location. The weather was great. Our rental experience was great.

We absolutely loved this unit, updated decor and super comfortable beds. My family slept well all week. Sand Pointe is a great location, easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool provided hours of swimming and fun for the family. The condo is keyless entry which is wonderful for families coming on and off the beach but not totally sure why it’s necessary to stop at welcome center upon arrival.

This was our first time to Sanibel. I have always wanted to come visit for all the great shelling. I could not have been happier with this condo. So many shells on our beachfront. The view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed for a great week. Awesome location to walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Lots of beach toys, multiple umbrellas and chairs. We were very pleased with the vacation rental company. Don’t delay and book today.

My husband and I have spent three 2 week vacations in this beautiful, spotless condo. Each time we return, we find that everything is in order with many open spaces which make it easy and comfortable to unpack and get on with relaxing. The lovely furnishings and artwork enhance the experience. The condo building is very quiet with a fabulous view of the ocean, palm trees, and pool. The condo is well maintained and the kitchen is well equipped. The grounds are also well maintained. With nature preserves, restaurants, and a charming grocery store nearby, life is great at 213 Sand Pointe.

Accept for a few minor issues, our stay at Mike & Joy's condo was delightful. The renovations were great- felt like we were in a brand new home! Exceptionally clean and well decorated and appointed. Steps to the beautiful beach and incredible sunsets and sunrises! We got to see both from this location! I'm a photographer so I was in heaven! Centrally located and minutes to everything on the island. I highly recommend Over Easy Cafe for breakfasts and no doubt, one of the BEST restaurants on the entire islands of SanCap is Traditions, at the Island Inn. There is not an abundance of top-notch, quality eateries to choose from... MadHatters, Mucky Duck (ok, very touristy) Cielo is fine dining but overpriced for the quality... but Traditions is our fav as one of only a handful of waterfront restaurants where you can grab a cocktail, stroll the beach for sunset, then step in and enjoy an incredible meal, great service and even outstanding entertainment while dining. Very historic place with lots of island history on display... fireplace n the lounge... just classy through and through. The food quality is bar-none.
We vacation Sanibel every year, have tried all of the "top-ten" restaurants and Traditions tops out every time.
Sand Pointe is a nice, quaint facility but if the management decided to upgrade the property, like our owners did to their condo, then it could easily be rated a 5.

We absolutely loved the unit! Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was well organized. From a basket for sandals to labels for extra sheets/blankets in the space saver bags, it was like walking into your own hone.
It was a very clean unit and had so many extras that made our stay more comfortable. Great location with a wonderful view! I highly recommend the unit and the rental company!

We loved SP 213. It was very clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly. The furniture was also in very good condition so that was all very appreciated. The grounds were clean and the pool was great and a great temperature. The complex was quiet which was nice. The only drawback was there were no cleaning supplies (like counter cleaner, windex, dishwasher detergent, etc...) included so for those flying like us, we had to purchase quite a bit of things to get us through the week and keep the place up and clean. Other condos we've rented before always had leftover supply from previous renters (plastic wrap, cleaner, etc..). We also had to call for more wash clothes as there were only 2 and we had 4 people, but I will say Sanibel Holiday was very responsive and on top of it.

What's not to love about Sand Pointe 213?! Beautiful decor & comfortable furnishings along with incredible Gulf views from your spacious, private lanai. Many people love Sand Pointe for its size (just 45 units), West Gulf location (perfect for catching sunsets from the beach) and easy access to some of Sanibel's favorites: Doc Ford's, Over Easy, George & Wendy's and Joey's Custard! Pre-Covid we were unable to leave cleaning products behind as we could be held liable should they fall into the wrong/little hands. We are now leaving a spray bottle of disinfectant along with a small bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter of each unit for our guests. We do provide what we call a "starter kit" which is meant to be enough to get you started but not necessarily carry you though your stay on items like dishwasher/laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels. We try to be very clear about this with our guests and provide a list of what you can expect to find in your unit with your check-in instructions. I'm sorry you were disappointed by what you found but glad we were able to help you get what you needed for your group.

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautifully decorated is easy to make the most of one's vacation when things are clean, well organized and well supplied as they are at 213 Sand Pointe. The condo is in a quiet area and the nature preserves nearby allow for exploration, exercise, and soul restoration. There are many restaurants within a short drive which did a great job with packaging food to go and outdoor pick up. The staff at Sanibel Holiday is very friendly and helpful.

The Condo was wonderful, nice view of the Gulf, very comfortable and roomy, clean and well maintained.
Our host had everything we could have needed and if we had known would have not packed so much. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella etc. A pretty nice library too.

Our stay in Unit 213 was amazing! After two cancelled trips and some sad kiddos - we booked our stay and jumped on a plane yep days later. We (as a family) had never stayed in Sanibel before & can I say it did not disappoint! This unit was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet part of town. We were close to everything. On top of the unit itself the property management staff was OUTSTANDING. I cannot emphasize how outstanding they were. From the welcome kit in the condo, to emails, to calls, to access to their office printers, they were amazing. Their service was amazing. Overall, we’d book this same unit and vacation over and over. I can’t say enough good about this place!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean upon our arrival and well stocked. We notified management about beach chairs and umbrella being broken and we had replacements within the hour. Greatly appreciated!! Loved how we could walk to the beach, set up the umbrella and chairs, swim, walk back to eat lunch and then return for the afternoon. My family was able to see manatees, dolphins, catch starfish, and watch a fisherman reel in a baby shark. I would stay at this location again if we vacation in Sanibel again. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. We enjoyed our stay and weather. Not a drop of rain!! Thanks!!

The condo property is only about 45 units and very quiet. The one negative is that, unlike many condos we've stayed in before, there were none of the extra items you commonly find left behind by prior guests, such as coffee filters, salt and pepper/spices, household cleaners (e.g. for the stovetop). Nor were there any extra trash bags. Just be prepared to pick up all of those items. That being said, we liked the unit so much that we have reserved it again for next year.

This was our 3rd stay at this unit. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. In 30 years of visiting Sanibel, this is the nicest unit we have stayed in.

We loved Sand Pointe 213! The condo has recently been updated and no detail was missed! The decor is very modern, there is everything you need (except salt & pepper) in the kitchen and a more than generous supply of beach towels, chairs, toys, pool floats, etc. Sand Pointe is a smaller complex so the pool was never busy and parking was super convenient. There's also a nice boardwalk taking you down to the beach. We had one minor issue with the coffee pot and Sanibel Holiday resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great location and something a bit more upscale.

Love the modern beachy decor and that the owners have taken the time to stock their unit with everything you could need for the perfect beach vaca! We also love that each and every unit gets covered parking at Sand Pointe, its West Gulf location (great sunset views) and also the unique feature of having a great restaurant (the Sandbar) right next door! We appreciate that you notified us about the coffee pot and knowing just how important a morning cup of Joe can be to our guests our response is immediate! We had a very nice time at Sand Pointe 213. The condo was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. We especially liked the beach cart and pool floats. The cart made it very convenient to get to the beach without having to carry everything. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to use the pool after sunset. Overall it was a nice time.

As a regular visitor to Sanibel I have stayed in a number of places and Sand pointe 213 compares very well with all the other locations.We were very pleased with this Condo and if we come to Sanibel again we would more than likely stay in this Condo.

When we arrived there was a beautiful fruit basket and note welcoming us from the owners. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very clean and equipped with everything needed to make the most of your vacation. There were beach chairs, towels,pool noodles, boogie boards,sand toys,coolers and even a cart to tote it all to the beach! The owners thought of it all! The beach itself was absolutely beautiful as well. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai that overlooked the lagoon, pool and the ocean where we could watch all the wildlife. There was a market called Baileys just about a mile from the condo that was convenient for getting any groceries or supplies needed for your stay. I would definitely recommend Sand Pointe 213!

We spent two glorious weeks on in Sanibel, and it was probably the most relaxing beach trip in 45 year. This rental is beautiful, very clean, and is an efficient use of space and furnishings. The location is ideal for getting to restaurants, Bailey's grocery, and nature preserves. The many bike paths provided an excellent walking experience. The walk to the beach from the condo was very short and easy. Perhaps what I enjoyed most was the fabulous view from inside and the lanai. Also, the owners very generously provided a welcome gift which we enjoyed during our 2 weeks. Sanibel Holiday gave us excellent service, and we appreciated the complimentary newspapers each day.

I love this location on Sanibel. Have stayed at Sand Pointe several times but was first time in 213. The lagoon that rooms overlook is wonderful and the swimming pool is perfect. We loved Sanibel. This location was perfect. Biking distance to the lighthouse and the marina. Biking distance to the wildlife refuge and the general store. We saw alligators, dolphins, lizards, rabbits and manatees which my kids loved. We especially loved the sunset walks on the beach. Our time on the beach was paradise. The condo was super with everything we could possibly need while on vacation including sand toys and beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

This Vacation Rental Experience was the very best we have had in a long long time. Check in was a fast and easy. The staff at the Sanibel Holiday greeted us at the door of the office and truly made us feel like they were glad to see us after a long trip. I they explained they rental process in detail and answered all questions and what functions were going on all week in Sanibel. Now the property was gorgeous. Very well maintained and the owner left us a welcome present and note. Unit #213 is exactly like the pictures ..every room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was new and modern. The location of this property was close to restaurants and away from the island traffic. The beach was a few steps away. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend this unit to family and friends. Great job by Sanibel Holiday in presenting this property and providing great customer service.
