We had a great week with beautiful weather in Sandpointe 224. The condo is in great shape, very clean, very accommodating. Sanibel Holiday offered assistance, but we really didn’t need anything. We brought our own beach umbrella and chairs, but used some of the additional items provided with the room. Two of the chairs were broken, but we didn’t need those two. Furniture and beds were comfortable, updated showers were nice as well. Just a very minor thing, but an electronic key pad on the door would be better than the old style keys for trips back to the room from the beach. Overall we had a great week and would recommend 224 to other visitors.

We’ve visited Sand Pointe many times for almost 20 years, and it’s a great property overall. Clean and well kept the buildings and the property, ample covered parking, just the right size property, just the right size pool, excellent beach for shelling, good location close to groceries, restaurants, shopping, points of interest, farmers market, etc.
The condo specifically SP224 is very nicely done. Again, we’ve stayed in this one several times because we like it. New appliances including a very handy stack laundry setup. Nice furniture inside and outside on the screened porch which overlooks the lagoon and pool. King size bed in Master, two twins in the second BR. Both baths have recently updated and nicely tiled walk-in showers. Highly recommend.

Great condo with easy beach access, good bedding, plenty of room for our family of 5. I would recommend a ceiling fan for the master and the balcony. Also more cooking utensil variety. We fixed dinner in the condo every night. It was doable, but more pots/pans variety would be great. Also basic spices. Great beach equipment provided. Noise was never an issue. Nice pool and easy parking. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We love staying at Sand Pointe. The property and the beach are beautiful. The pool and the beach are never crowded. It’s location is perfect for walking or biking to the nearby restaurants and grocery store. The only issue with the unit itself was we did not realize the thermostat had the schedule set to on. While we were asleep the thermostat increased the setting to 77, so we had a couple restless nights because we were too hot. Even changing the schedule to off and reducing the temperature to 71 did not resolve the issue. The master bedroom needs a ceiling fan installed if you do not want guests lowering the temperature on the thermostat.

I agree, I like to sleep in a colder room so I can sympathize with the lack of ceiling fan (I will pass along the feedback to the owner) and the rising temperature overnight (I will ask Housekeeping and Maintenance to reset thermostat). Loved our stay!!! The condo was spotless and beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. Enjoyed having all the patio furniture and ate lunch out there most days. They really thought of everything here had beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys . Can’t wAit to come back to paradise again!

The location and condo were great but have to say would not stay again or refer friend because the master bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in a heated hammock, very miserable. We actually left after first week and stayed elsewhere.

The owner indicated that the mattress is relatively new, but because it is a pillow-top, it may have been too soft, and therefore, too hot. Everything was exactly as described with the exception of the beach chairs. One was very uncomfortable. I emailed and voiced my concern and a new chair was delivered to the condo within 20 minutes. The service is exceptional.

I Enjoyed my stay at Sand Pointe. The view was amazing as was the pool and beach. I found lots of Beautiful Shells on the beach. It was so worth getting up really early and going out with a flashlight. The condo was clean. My only disappointment was no grill.

We are returning quests for many years! Wonderful accommodations in the perfect location! Enjoy total rest and relaxation or step out for fun and excitement either on the Island or across the causeway to Fort Myers. We generally don't feel the need to leave Sanibel it has everything we are looking for great shelling, restaurants, nightlife, fishing and pleasant people!

Sand Point was the perfect beach location, not too crowded, just right. Family vacation surpassed all expectations with bike paths all over the island. We rented bikes and didn’t have a need for a car once we arrived, this made it very relaxing and fun. The facility was quiet and clean and we loved the short walk to the beach and the view!

We had an awesome time. The temparture was a little hotter that we expected, but we adjusted well. One of us uses a cane which was not a problem walking to the beach, or the pool. Will definately be back, and hopefully in #224.

We arrived tired from the wintery North to this beautiful secluded spot that was full of nature. Loved shelling, hanging out, shopping, swimming, and being with three little grandsons ages 21 months to 6 years. Our son's family is from Ft. Collins, CO. Loved going to Ding Darling Preserve to take the boat tour and Kayak. Rented two condos that were one condo away from each other. Have done this before. We highly recommend the Sand Pointe Condo Units. Loved the fact that we were near the beach. In fact we looked directly out over the ocean and the wave sound put us to sleep each night. Kids loved looking at the alligator in the pond from our balcony and watched for its appearance each day. Kids loved going to Island Cow. The birds at Jerry's Market Area were a real draw for the kids. Such a relaxing non-fussy week. We came a couple years ago with both sons and their families and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Other son and his family could not join us this year. We will come again. Sand Pointe is in a great location on the beach.

All the extras (beach, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even some beach toys) were a great perk.
The rooms were nice sized.
Only draw back is there are notes in the condo that you can't run the dishwasher or washing machine without being in the unit to "babysit" them. This is an inconvenience when you want to spend as much time as possible enjoying the beach and outdoor activities.
Doing these tasks in the evening isn't preferable.

Only draw back is there are notes in the condo that you can't run the dishwasher or washing machine without being in the unit to "babysit" them. This is an inconvenience when you want to spend as much time as possible enjoying the beach and outdoor activities.
Doing these tasks in the evening isn't preferable.
All the extras (beach, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even some beach toys) were a great perk.
The rooms were nice sized.

Upon entering this unit you will be greeted with a large open white kitchen with gold touches and everything you'll need to prepare any meal. There is both a pod and drip coffee maker. Relax at the breakfast bar or at the dining table for 6. A the end of a day of collecting shells and sun, enjoy the living room seating area that includes a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV and watch your favorite shows.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, smart TV, large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom provides 2 twin beds, smart TV and nearby bathroom. There is a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. The owner provides 4 beach towels and a storage locker on the ground level with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.
