It was fabulous; I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything we could have possibly needed (and more) was there. The view was fantastic, and the walk to the beach took just a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend this unit, Sand Pointe, and Sanibel Holiday to future travelers.

It was very homey and smelt like fresh bleach smell. The only issue we had were flat pillows in the spare bedroom, but that is an easy fix.

Enjoyed our stay in Sandpointe unit 225, it was just like the photos showed. The pond outside had a lot of wildlife activity, the pool was nice, great beach access and centrally located in the island. Complex only lacked a barbecue. We were very comfortable in the unit!

The beach and condo were extremely nice with pictures were right on. The pool was slightly smaller than I was thinking but there were really not many people there so it didn't matter. The furniture and beds were comfortable.

This condo was an excellent property! From Check-in with the Sanibel Holiday staff (who were very friendly and helpful) to the accommodations, our stay was wonderful. The condo was well- equipped with kitchenware and a few supplies were provided. It was clean and updated, wi-if worked well and many beach accessories were provided. This property is fantastic- not too crowded and right on the beach!

Plenty of cookware and dishes. Many plastic leg glasses which I object to. Only glass for me. we buy solo cups for outside.
Real drawback is that there is a wall beside lania and unit is set back from other building obstructing some of the view to left. Still can see direct to ocean.

We had a great time! The condo was not completely cleaned. Candy wrappers and papers under the twin beds. The keys were very hard to work in the doors. My husband purchased some WD40 to help with that. He put in a light in the hallway to the right of the elevator because it was out and was too dark at night. The owners vacuum was not working correctly and he fixed it.

Really good experience. Condo was clean and well stocked with extra linens. We did need more garbage bags. Also had some maintenance problems which were quickly taken care of - towel bar broken, bedroom window stuck shut and shower head needed to be replaced.
I recommend that a better quality TP be provided especially since the cost goes
up every year. Also, the living room TV needs repair or replacement.
Overall, we were very pleased. The management was especially helpful and nice to deal with.

To be honest inside of the oven was not clean, the glass top of the oven was broken, a piece from the microwave fell off, the bifold door to the washing machine closet did not work, the main bath door handle did not lock, the beach chairs stored in the screen porch was rusty and the wall adjacent to the kitchen door was dirty.
