Compass Point #233 is a top-floor unit located Mid-Island with a partial Gulf view and easy access to all Sanibel has to offer. With over 1,500 square feet, this unit is spacious and offers an open updated kitchen with granite countertops. This condo can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with a king in the master, 2 full size beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You can enjoy long, partial Gulf views over the lush landscaping from your private lanai. The owner provides 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, Wi-Fi, beach equipment, beach towels and 4 bikes with helmets in the well equipped storage locker. Complex amenities at this 45 unit property include: a heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, BBQ grills, shuffleboard and elevators for your convenience. This is a non-smoking property.

Had heard about Sanibel Island but had never been there so first time for us. My husband and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the quiet time that September had to offer! Will come again!

Clean with photo's true to advertisement. Con's: the living room furniture is in dire need of replacement. Saggy and out of shape. Bed's need to be replaced as well. Bed's in one room make a terrible squeak. There are NO ceiling fans in the condo. You cannot use the patio in the morning due to the sun. Other units have a shade facing east. So if you were looking for a place to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast, don't bother renting this unit.
Has a nice washer/dryer. Plenty of beach towels, books etc. Didn't use locked storage. It had chairs, bikes, water toys.
One pool gate entrance broken.

This was our second year holidaying on the gorgeous Island of Sanibel. We were not disappointed. The Condo was spacious and accommodated our family of 5 (3 children 13, 11 & 7) the Landai was our favourite spot as it was big enough to use it comfortably and is furnished with lovely seating and it was shaded so didn’t ever get to hot to use. The HUGE range of equipment in the separate storage was brilliant and our children loved the body boards and inflatable ring and we used the beach chairs. All our needs are catered for within the Vvondo and our bed in particular was very comfortable. The location was fab as close to the beach but also close to Sanibel shops. We used the pool everyday and often had it to ourselves which was lucky as the unfortunate red tide made using the beach within walking distance for swimming and sitting unpleasant at times. With the brilliant information forward to us by Sanibel Holidays we were able to get daily updates and find other uneffected beaches on the island to enjoy. The staff at Sanibel Holiday were INCREDIBLY helpful going above on beyond for us. A particular mention to Angi who went out of her way to try to find a left behind special cuddly toy our daughter forgot. Sanibel is without a doubt like paradise and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the sun. We also loved eating out at Matzaluna, Lazy Flamingo and the Island Cow and loveddoing our grocery Shopping at Jerry’s. Thank you Saibel for another unforgettable and perfect holiday!

Beautiful and well appointed condo with everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and bikes.Condo was very spacious, lots of room for 4 people. Beds were very comfy. Complex was very nice and clean. Sanibel Holiday was very easy to work with and accommodating. Will definitely stay at Compass Point 233 again.

My friends and I stayed in unit 233 and it was perfect. The view of the gulf was beautiful. The owners provided all we needed and more. The condo was compfortable and beautifully decorated.

This vacation rental is perfectly situated at a quiet complex with a well-maintained property and facilities. This is our second time staying in this unit and will happily come back. The unit was well outfitted for an easy vacation. There are tons of towels, books, games, puzzles and more. We loved the small cooler that was provided for taking snacks and drinks to the beach. They had super high quality beach chairs. The complex replaced the grills in the last few years which was really welcome.
