Description

Gulf Beach 103 is one of 14 Gulf front condos located near the East End of Sanibel Island. A very popular location, this first living level (one floor up accessible by stairs and elevator), centrally-placed unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. This unit is very well-appointed with everything you need for an unforgettable Sanibel stay. You and your family will enjoy 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, wireless speaker, Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi and beach towels. A computer with printer is available for those who could use an office wherever they go. The ground level storage locker contains beach equipment which you can easily bring down to the sand on the property's boardwalk. Gulf Beach complex amenities include: covered parking, a community heated pool, elevator and gas grills. This is a smoke-free complex.

Wonderful location and so much wildlife to see: dolphins, fish, birds, turtles, and a beautiful plant life area on the walkway to the beach. Shells galore of all different varieties! The property was perfectly kept, spotless, with every possible thing you could need. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

This condo is in a great location on the island. The furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances for cooking.

The management company is horrible. They knew on Saturday that the washing machine was broken but did not tell us on Saturday. They finally sent a technician out at almost noon on Tuesday to look at the machine. I had to call Wednesday and Thursday to get an update on when the washer was going to be repaired. A part had to be ordered and was not installed until Thursday late morning. I purposely did not pack enough clothes for a week because there was a washer in the unit. The company's answer to the broken washing machine was to send our clothes out to a laundry service which meant that we would not have our bathing suits for 24 hours. I mean who wants to be at the beach without your bathing suit for 24 hours? We washed our clothes in the shower because the company couldn't get the washing machine fixed promptly.

Would I rent this unit again? Only if I could rent directly from the owner and did not have to deal with the management company!!!! Sanibel Holiday was no pleasure to deal with. Find another rental company! I am sure there are lots of others who would welcome your business!!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our condo was. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, plenty of soap, quiet, a great view. Everything was there for a relaxing vacation. Kitchen in good working order with plenty of amenities to make food. Thank you for providing a relaxing stay. We can't wait to be back.

As always, the condo is beautiful inside & outside. The views are spectacular! The storage room is filled with things that enhanced my beach experience greatly. Both islands are amazing. The computer helped me select restaurants and watersports adventures. A+ for everything!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! EVERYTHING was perfect!! The condo is fully stocked, very clean and spacious. The view was amazing as was the landscaping. I particularly enjoyed the bunnies. The small town feel of the whole island was perfect for this country girl. There is so much more we want to see and do and we will definitely be back. It's a lovely unit with a kitchen that was unexpectedly well equipped. We particularly loved the combination lock on the front door. It eliminated worries about who was carrying the key and it meant that we could go to the beach empty handed.

Sweet condo in the perfect location - Quiet, clean, convenient. The pool was wonderful and felt very private. Be sure to have bicycles delivered and don't miss riding through the Ding Darling preserve. Convenient to everything. We loved riding up to favorite restaurants Doc Fords and Over Easy. It was really the perfect holiday for us. We are planning to return to the same spot next year.

Gulf Beach 103 was wonderful in every way.First,the location is right on the beach-just a brief boardwalk to the sand and gulf as well as being situated on the quiet side of the island yet close to eveerything. second, the condo is equipped with everything you need or want-right down to binoculars for birding and flashlights for evening walks. The condo id spacious, very clean and comfortable. You will simply love it.

Located on the beach in a quiet (for Sanibel) neighborhood and an excellent point for enjoying all the activities on Sanibel. The condo was sparkling clean and well decorated with everything we needed from a full cupboard of dishes to a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas. Dave and Elaine stopped by to make sure everything was fine of provided a generous list of there favorite restaurants and activities. We have already reserved for next year.

We were lucky to find this rental last-minute after deciding to extend our stay in Sanibel. Sanibel Holiday staff were incredibly helpful, both on phone and in person, to present rental options that fit our criteria. The location was lovely, with a wide, often shaded, lanai, with a view of the Gulf. The condo was comfortable and stocked with most essentials. They could add salt and pepper and some matching plastic bowls and lids. When we said our ironing board was broken, the management company responded quickly to supply a new one. They also followed up when the elevator was out of service and that was fixed within hours.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (8&10) staying at this condo. Everyone had enough room. Kids slept on an air mattress we brought with us. The condo was perfectly clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I might recommend for the kitchen is a crock pot so you can cook while at the beach if you plan on eating in a lot. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. A few more pillows for the master bedroom would've been nice. Loved having keyless entry! Screened in lanai was much appreciated and spacious. Location on the island was great, felt safe, not crowded, not a huge complex-never heard neighbors and had the pool to ourselves quite a bit. Easy & short walk to the beach. The grounds were beautiful. When we come back to Sanibel, I'd like to stay in this condo again. This was my mom's 7th or 8th time staying here and I can see why. Thanks for a great week!

Each of the units are direct Gulf-front facing so if you can't be sitting on the beach at that very moment your private screened in lanai has the 2nd best view! It was clean and had everything you need, but the furniture is starting to looking dingy and outdated and the elevator was not working which made it an inconvenience when bringing groceries or luggage.

We had a relaxing time in Sanibel and the condo complex is right on the Gulf with a great view! This condo (103) had all of the necessities for cooking, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, wi-fi, etc. The only complaints were that the beach items in the storage unit needs to be sorted and items discarded as needed. One of the lounge chairs was broken and we didn't realize it until we got to the beach. The master bedroom mattress probably should be replaced as there are definite craters on each side of the bed. Other than that, everything was perfect!

It's always a pleasure to stay at this beautiful clean condo. It has a perfect view of the beach, it's quiet, and it's beautifully decorated. The lighthouse is a fairly short walk away, which is great. Restaurants can be easily reached by car or bike if you're feeling adventurous. This is the perfect condo in the perfect setting. Owners are super nice and communicate beforehand by sending a letter featuring their favorite things to do on the island. I met Elaine and she was very kind. If you book this home, you will not be disappointed.

My adult children and I spent a relaxing week doing nothing but walking along the beach and lying around the pool. This was a perfect location with everything we needed. We made most of our meals and walked for ice cream daily. This was perfect!

This is the best maintained condo. The kitchen has every appliance you need for cooking. The view from the lanai is the best for morning coffee and afternoon beverages. A short walk brings you to the beautiful beach, you can walk forever and shell to your hearts content. The swimming pool is great for laps as well as just enjoying. The landscaping is to be enjoyed, great royal palm as well as other palms from comfortable pool furniture. If there any issues you can contact the owners or Sanibel Holiday and they are taken care of. (Parking below the unit is convenient). Don’t forget to enjoy the VIEW!

This was our 2nd trip to Sanibel and we were thrilled with the condo and the location which was right on our favorite part of Sanibel. The unit was perfect for us and had everything stocked that you could ask for. Great view from the lanai with a short walk to the beach. Loved the pool too. I can't say enough good things about our rental and will definitely stay here again. Everybody with Sanibel Holiday was wonderful. I spoke with Matt several times before and during our trip and he was a great help and gave us some wonderful recommendations.

We have stayed in this complex a few times. This unit was my favorite. The condo is in great shape, well stocked and was perfect for 6 of us. Your can’t beat the beach access, pool or view!

Have been coming here since early 1900’s. Have stayed in same condos because they are always clean and ready to start a fun week. Staff is always friendly and helpfull with reservations and all needs. Will continue to stay here for vacations for as long as grandkids want to go to the beach house.

The location is always perfect. 101 was probably one of our least favorite condos in this complex. The bed was lumpy and overall the condo was crowded with knickknacks to the point one could not use tables or counters. There was definitely a lack of space to store food. The kitchen design was odd. Also the pull out sofa was dirty and broken...not functional as an extra bed. My biggest eat concern was the lack of curtains in the main room. We were under the impression that due to nesting sea turtles the beach needed to be dark but there was our condo glowing bright at night due to the lack of blinds. Of all the issues with this condo I hope the owners fix this ASAP. We also rented unit 103 and as always it was perfect!

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo, and will be back. The owners are local, and very responsive. The unit is fully stocked and in a wonderful location. Close to everything, but feels private with only 14 units in the development. Love it!

Pick this one! We all three loved this condo. It has everything. We are crazy shellers and walked up and down the beach shelling but right in front of this condo was always the best. The lighthouse is within walking distance but we always ended up back at the condo. Great parking underneath the condo to keep the car cool. Not far from great restaurants and grocery store. Well stocked with everything down to sun block and off bug spray. Gulf view from living room, patio and master bedroom, large walk in closet, comfy bed, ice maker in frig, washer and dryer in condo, and three flat screens with DVD blue ray and DVR. The condo owner sends you a welcome letter that explains all the restaurants and points of interest. I could go on and on but we have stayed many places but this is the one we will be back to.

Our stay at Gulf Beach 103 was perfect. Close to anything a person wants to do. Great access to the beach. We could watch the pelicans diving for fish from our balcony. The sandbar was exposed at low tide which was wonderful. Lots of live sand dollars just past the sandbar. Almost too many to walk through :)
I would go back anytime.
