A very popular location, this beautifully updated, first-living level unit (one floor up accessible by elevator or stairs) comfortably accommodates up to four people. The master bed has been replaced from a Queen to a King! The owner provides a flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. The storage locker on the ground floor contains beach equipment (which you can easily bring via the property’s boardwalk). Gulf Beach complex amenities include: a community heated pool, elevator and gas grills. This is a smoke-free complex.

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Beach! The location could not have been better! The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. The pool was very clean and we had it to ourselves through our entire stay. The storage unit provided everything we needed for our times spent at the beach. (Think umbrellas, chairs, toys, a cart for pulling everything, etc.) We spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai which has a picture perfect view of the Gulf. We look forward to returning to Gulf Beach in the future!

What a wonderful relaxing week we had. We enjoyed shelling, fishing, walking on the beach, and generally doing nothing for our time there. It was a much needed break from life. This condo is in a great location, away from the traffic and buzz of the island but close enough to the lighthouse that you can walk there ever morning. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed on Sanibel numerous times in various condos and this is one of the most lovely. It is equipped with top quality kitchen items and the updated decor is soothing and restful. Definitely well maintained! The Two week stay went by quickly and we are looking forward to our return stay in Gulf Beach 106 in the future.

Angie from Sanibel Holidays was very helpful in making this happen and will seek her out again for our next visit.

One of the best parts of the trip was dealing with the people at Sanibel Holiday. Everytime I spoke with them they were friendly and helpful. This is so different from most of the rental agencies. The property was in good shape and had everything we needed. It was clean, with no bugs, and all of the appliances worked well. The linens and all the furnishings were up to date and tasteful. The outside of the property was beautiful, and there was a nice walkway to the beach.

Just enjoyed one the the most relaxing vacation weeks ever. GB 106 location is terrific. Loved the small complex. Only complaint is that someone with multiple vehicles took our reserved parking spot 5 of the 7 days we were there. I went with it and just parked in a guest spot so all was well.
