Description

Gulf Beach 107 is one of 14 all Gulf front condos located near the East End of Sanibel Island. A very popular location, this first-living level (one floor up accessible by elevator or stairs), corner unit accommodates up to six guests. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TV’s, DVD player and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The storage locker on the ground floor contains beach equipment, which you can easily bring to the beach via the property’s boardwalk. Gulf Beach complex amenities include: a community heated pool, elevator and charcoal grills. This is a smoke-free complex.

We got so lucky found over 150 large
Sand dollars over 100 where returned as they
Where live. We found 30-40+ dead white ones
In 3-4 feet of water. On second sandbar. We had lake
Water ( calm). Condo had plenty of chairs. Warning this
Sand is hard to screw the umbrella pole holder into place.
We have a steel one at our panhandle home. Need a steel one here.
Bring yourself a fan for the balcony to move air.
We will be back !!

I visited this condo with my parents for a get-away from the cold of Maryland. There is an elevator and walk in shower so that it worked very well for my aging parents (90 and 93!). There were beach chairs, umbrellas etc. there for our use and a walkway to the beach that made it easy to access. (I would say that having a railing on the sides of the walk way would have made me feel more secure for my parents. There isn't any railing on either side of the raised boardwalk, so I was nervous about one of them falling. But they didn't fall and we went to the beach every day!)
The set up of the condo worked very well for us and we ate almost all of our meals there.
Sanibel is a beautiful, not too built-up place to enjoy the beach and all the shore birds. If I'd been there with my husband, we would have rented bicycles, because I think that is probably the best way to get around on the island! (Didn't consider that with Mom and Dad!)

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean with a great gulf view and the island location was perfect. The pool was a nice surprise, perfect water temperature and quiet. The small complex was very quiet and relaxing. Proximity to beach was ideal. Owner/manager quickly addressed our needs.

This is a very nice unit with a wonderful view. The corner location brings nice sea breezes onto the screen porch, our favorite spot. It is also well located on the island. The two sofas need to be updated but it is otherwise very well-provisioned.

We love Sanibel and have visited many! This is our second stay at Gulf Beach. It is the closest condo we have stayed in on Sanibel. The beach is lovely with a natural sandbar right out in front. It is very shallow for youngsters and the condo is very family friendly. We stayed last year in a second floor unit that was a little nicer but 107 was nice too - just a little beat up and in need of a good clean.

What a fantastic week! The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need! It was like we had the whole complex to ourselves! The owner was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely book this condo again!
