Gulf Beach 204 is one of 14 all Gulf front condos located near the East End of Sanibel Island. A very popular location, this top-floor, centrally-placed unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Your family will fall in love with this unit and its beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms with wood flooring throughout the living area. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TV’s, Amazon Fire TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The storage locker on the ground floor contains beach equipment, which you can easily bring to the beach via the property’s boardwalk. Gulf Beach complex amenities include: covered parking, a community heated pool, elevator and gas grill. This is a smoke-free complex.

I have been coming with my family to Gulf Beach for probably 30 years. I have stayed in several units and 204 is just great. The second floor views are so beautiful. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything to make your stay a memorable one.

Gulf View was wonderful. Lovely, quiet complex. Unit 204 was very nice. Great view, well stocked. Only complaint is living room furniture not comfortable.
Sanibel Holiday was very easy to work with. Made sure everything was good and quickly delivered extra sheets when needed.

This condo is in an excellent location on the quieter end of the island near the light house. It is beautifully decorated, is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities(except beach towels) that you need. Enjoyed the gorgeous view from the lanai where we had coffee in the morning and a pre-dinner happy hour. The swimming pool was clean and warm. The beach was a short walk down the boardwalk. There is ample parking and an elevator. This trip was a “cousins and sisters getaway.” We had such a great time and would like to return next year.

I stayed with family at this rental and it was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The perfect location in Sanibel; peaceful, private area on beach yet close to the causeway and easy to get to everything on island. Sanibel Holiday were available and friendly. Gulf Beach is the perfect place to stay - located on the quiet East end of Sanibel within walking or biking distance to the the best breakfast on the island at The Lighthouse Cafe - and it doesn't get much nicer than unit 204 with its top floor views! This unit is beautifully updated with a very well stocked ground level storage locker and covered parking.

Highly recommend renting from Sanibel Holiday and staying at Gulf Beach. Unit 204 was super clean, updated and had everything we need for a fantastic week. Kitchen was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. Plenty of beach chairs too! Perfect location on Sanibel, no traffic, walk to the lighthouse!

Great location. Quiet end of Sanibel. The condo could use a new sofa and loveseat. When sitting down, you sunk down and had to climb out of the seating. The master bedroom king mattress definitely needs replacing also. The other issue was their cable service..guest room tv was unusable and navigating their limited streaming service was difficult. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything needed but a Keurig coffeemaker. We would consider this unit again if the mattress and living furniture were replaced. Location was the best!

What a perfect spot to escape the cold and snow of Minnesota. This is our second stay at Gulf Beach 204 and we couldn't be more pleased. The complex is small (14 units) and quiet. The unit is clean, well designed, comfortable and felt like home from the moment we moved in. It has everything you might need and more. Sanibel Holiday made us feel like we were their only client. When we had a problem with the shower, they were there to fix it almost before we could hang up the phone. We had our mail forwarded to them and by the second day they recognized us and remembered our names. The unit is wonderful, but more important, the people at Sanibel Holiday make it a truly great rental experience. We highly recommend Sanibel Holiday.

Third stay at Gulf Beach. As always we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Always love the smallness of the complex with only fourteen units. We had family also rent in another unit and loved our time together. Being able to share dinners, night gathering to have drinks and play cards. Great time.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Sanibel Holiday and our stay at Gulf Beach. As usual the rental was clean and comfortable. It was our fourth stay at this unit and it didn't disappoint. The entire staff at Sanibel Holiday was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We found unit 204 at Gulf Beach to be clean, nicely furnished, and it had the best equipped kitchen we seen in our rental experience. Of course the views from the Gulf Front location were great. The assistance provided by Tatum at Sanibel Holiday way very helpful.

Cleaning was incomplete. Surfaces under the furniture and beds was very dirty, dusty, and trash was found. Fan in master bathroom was coated with significant dust. Carpeting in bedrooms and area rug in living room could be replaced. Carpeting very dirty and dingy and loose/bulging in several areas.

We have been stating at Gukf Beach for several years. We had not stayed at unit 204 in the past. The unit is nicely furnished with modern appliances and all the comforts of home. We actually booked the same unit for two weeks next year.

Gulf Beach 204 is a unit we have rented a few times and always enjo ghh able. The unit is well stocked Nd maintained. The beach views are amazing in this center unit. My I only complaint is that the air conditioning has. Very hard time keeping the unit cool during the day and early evening. The numerous high wattage lights generate considerable heat. The unit would benefit from a thorough AC service and LED lighting.
