A spacious unit, you can comfortably accommodate up to six people with a king in the master, twin beds in the guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a den if you need office space while staying on Sanibel complete with a desk. The owner has equipped the unit with 2 TVs, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Guests of this 69 unit, non-smoking complex are welcome to enjoy the community heated pool, tennis court, covered parking and gas grills. *This condominium requires a 14 night minimum stay.* Sanibel Dwelling License # 20-21391

We are repeat renters and always enjoy our time in this unit. Everything is well appointed and convenient. East end location is our favorite, close to beach, bay, lighthouse and pier. Bike ride to great breakfast and dinner or even to Jerry's for quick groceries. Management company is always pleasant and helpful.
