Description

Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac off Sanibel-Captiva Road, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,650 square foot stilted home provides privacy and plenty of space for an extended stay. World-famous Bowman’s Beach is located nearby and you can walk or bike to this great shelling beach, spending the day hunting for treasures. Exquisite landscaping abounds and large windows throughout the home offer great views. The first living level features a well-appointed kitchen, spacious family room, a laundry room with half-bath plus large living and dining areas which lead out to a screened balcony. The spacious master suite is also located on the first floor and features an oversized tub, separate shower and dual sinks in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with dual sinks, den with sleeper sofa and an office area complete with wireless internet access are on the second floor. Enjoy the outdoors at the home's large saltwater pool and surrounding patio. Additional amenities include: 4 bicycles, beach equipment, beach towels, washer/dryer, grill, and high speed internet access. Heron's Landing community amenities include: a heated communal pool and hot tub, patio area with grills and tennis. This home is dog friendly with a non-refundable fee.

Perfect location nestled in the palm trees, beautiful, well fitted, spacious house. Family really loved having the bikes, cycled all over the island but mostly to Bowman's beach. Would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

We stay on Sanibel a couple of months each year. This was our first stay on this end of the island. We loved the quietness and seclusion. Only disadvantage, it was a little further from the beach than we would have liked.

The property is exactly as described, very clean and the property management company was very helpful. Close to the beach. Only slight negative would be the location, far away from the East of the Island where most of the shops and restaurants sits. Perfect for a family with small children but less for teenagers.

The home was spacious and clean in a quiet, well kept and friendly neighborhood. It's a A 15 minutes walk from the beach with a nice playground. I looked the privacy of the main floor bedroom and the 2 bedrooms with a study/tv room upstairs.

My husband and I just returned from our visit to Sanibel Island for the month of April. We had a wonderful time staying at Majestic Morning. The house was very spacious, surrounded by a gorgeous manicured yard. We have numerous family members visit over the month. They all enjoyed their stay. The outside private pool was wonderful, with great deck areas to relax and entertain. The views from the two living rooms and screened porch were so beautiful. The walk or bike ride from the house to beach was enjoyed daily. Located equal distance to Captiva and Sanibel made it very quick to visit all the amazing restaurants. The house was equipped with pool toys and floats, chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach. They also provided multiple bikes for our stay. The overall rental process and communication with Sanibel Holidays before and during our stay was very professional and responsive. We look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay at Majestic Mornings. The home is exactly like the pictures, and is very nicely decorated, with many thoughtful touches
The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to Bowman's beach. We walked there everyday with our dogs and the beach is dog friendly as long as they remain on a leash. The location is also very convenient for Ding Darling Nature reserve, and a short bike ride to Captiva.
We would like to return next year, but due to a commitment to another family this will not be possible.

Everything about this vacation rental was wonderful. The house itself is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with every convenience you might need. We loved the huge master suite with walk-in closet and bathroom. Every window provides a view to the lush foliage outside. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is a perfect place to unwind. We bicycled to the beach every day on the bikes provided. The property manager was friendly and great to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
