Located on the West End of Sanibel Island, this tropical beachfront condominium complex is perfect for romance and relaxation or a fun family vacation. D25 is colorful unit with beachy decor that is close to the beach with wonderful Gulf views. Enjoy preparing meals in the large, beautifully remodeled kitchen featuring granite counters and new appliances. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an updated en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and deep jetted tub. The guest room has 2 twin beds and is just steps away from the updated guest bathroom. The owner provides TV’s in each room and multiple DVD players. From your 2nd floor screened lanai you can enjoy Gulf breezes and views over the tropical lagoon, heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse. The clubhouse offers restrooms for your convenience and there is a recreation room where daily children activities are held. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a tennis match on the tennis courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings provide elevators and wireless internet access throughout the complex. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Per Pointe Santo de Sanibel's Condo Association Parking Policy there is one (1) guaranteed parking space for each condo. All other additional parking spaces are limited and first-come, first-serve and are NOT guaranteed.

Our stay was very nice. The unit was clean and comfortable. However, there were several areas where updating is needed. The bedding was limited. There were no extra pillows, blankets or linens. And the ones that were there were in need of replacing. We ended up buying pillows at Walmart. Several of the beach chairs were dilapidated - one was too rusty to use. The unit was a bit sandy when we arrived which made sense when we realized there was no outdoor storage locker. Also, someone parked in our assigned spot while we were there and the office said there was nothing they could do for 24 hours - which was unacceptable.

We have been coming to Sanibel for many years and always stay at Pointe Santo. It's a great place to stay, very well maintained, very peaceful, great clubhouse for the kids. This unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

This was our second stay in D25 and it certainly won't be our last. On both occasions the property has been spotlessly clean and has everything you will need for a very relaxing stay.
The dealings with the rental company and the owner were very smooth and hassle free. We love Sanibel and Pointe Santo and D25 is the perfect place to stay on the island and enjoy your vacation.

From the moment we decided to come down for 2 weeks (somewhat last minute I might add) Sanibel holiday helped us match what we were looking for at Pointe Santo on West Gulf Drive. The pictures were updated & description spot on on what the condo provided. Keyless entry was the best!! Always there to answer questions & provide free newspapers daily.

This was our 2nd trip to the island but first at Pointe Santo. We had an amazing experience. Compared to the previous year, this unit was of similar budget but gave us many more amenities. The kitchen was much larger than we were expecting as was the rest of the unit. It was nice having the 2 bedrooms separated as much as they were to allow us to watch TV before bed without worrying about waking up the kiddos. Every day, our 4 yr old would wake up, not say a word, and just go sit on a lawn chair on the lenai. it was so cute.

I dont expect us to stay anywhere else on the island from here on out, though we may get greedy and try to get just a little closer to the beach, so maybe building A?

We stayed at this condo 11 years ago and absolutely loved it, and rented it again for our second trip to Sanibel. We love the location-right on the beach, and the grounds at Pointe Santo are beautifully maintained with lots of tropical landscaping. This condo is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with all of the comforts of home. Pointe Santo isn’t a huge complex, so it feels more relaxing..not like we are in a large high rise complex. Beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai and master bedroom.

My family and I really enjoyed the property. The site is well maintained. Ample designated parking. The unit was clean and had all the amenities of home. The pool area was clean. Lawn chairs are available. We will definitely go back.
