1. Old kitchen that has old mismatched glasses and utensils. I had to purchase a pitcher and bag clips. 2. Vacuum cleaner is an antique. 3. You need new beds in the second bed room. 4. This was our third year and the towels and sheets were old when we started. 5. The unit has a good lay out with a double sink in the master and separate large shower. 6. Nice complex with a good West Gulf location.

Fantastic location with a great view from a large screened in porch enhanced by great 80 degree weather. Will need to be refreshed soon, but decorating is okay and has all the amenities anyone would want. Although the second bedroom has its own bathroom, it has two twin beds and no view, so is better suited for children than a second couple.

The cleaning staff used such pungent strong chemicals that it took 4 days with multiple candles and open doors to reduce the disinfectant smell.

Still, we loved it sufficiently to rebook for next year.

Overall, very good. The unit has been updated but the appliances are old. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with utensils. Also, a two week rental gets the same supplies as a one week.Detergent, soap, kleenex, etc. You then come up short.

We shall return again!

We really enjoyed the condo location, the pool, and the easy beach access. This was the second time we have returned to this location on Sanabel Island. The kids are ready to go back again! We rented 2 units for our families.

We had our 5 and 6 year old children with us. The space was large enough for us to relax, unwind, and enjoy our time. The view can not be captured in a photograph!! What you see in the picture is far far less than in real life. You should LOVE sitting on the screened in balcony, listening to the waves crash.
The beach is a very short walk.
The pool is adequate for kids under 7. If older kids want to jump in or splash, it's not the best for that.

We enjoyed the time at Sand Pointe. We have stayed in this unit a number of time. Mr. McClanahan knew the owner, as he was his barber in Cincinnati. We would like to suggest to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the porch to make it more comfortable.
