Our week stay was very pleasant. A perfect location to the beach and restaurants.. The unit was just as we expected. The laundry room had to be organized so we could use the washer and dryer but that was easily done.We had perfect weather for the entire week.

The location of F3 beachfront has a great view of the gulf. The condo is steps away from the beach. Sanibel Island has a mask mandate which was important in our decision to vacation on Sanibel Island.
A deep clean of the floors, furniture needs deep cleaning, lights switches in the laundry room and bathroom need replacing, dishwasher needs replacing, spare batteries for tv remotes.

Perfect two weeks on Sanibel. Great food, perfect weather. Great friends, Wonderful condo.
Sanibel Holiday was great. Friendly, helpful, took care of all minor issues. Most importantly, clean and ready to move into when we arrived.

We had a lovely week staying on the beach in a Sanibel Holiday condo. It was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable furnished, a large bedroom with comfortable King bed, fully syocked kitchen with all amenities including full size appliances, D/W, W/D. 4 beach chairs and even an umbrella to use. Bathroom a little small, but shower had best water pressure we have ever had in a resort condo. that water pressure means a lot to us!
