The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable. We had planned on doing some cooking d/t Covid, but there was no place to store dry goods. All cabinets were full of dishes and pans so everything sat on the counter. Not a big deal, just messy. Lots of supplies-didn't have to go out for anything but food. The only issue we had was our fault-we like to go shelling at night and it was difficult to find our way back to the condo. It would be nice to have a sign at the end of the path to make it easier. All in all a beautiful vacation, beautiful condo, and would def stay here again. Also, loved being so close to the Lighthouse.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very responsive. The unit needs a deep cleaning for baseboards, wall plugs etc. Also some electrical plugs duck taped. Needs a cookie sheet, & cutting board. Used crock pot which was great. Loved the bikes & beach chairs. Great location on the beach & beach views. Furniture is worn.

This is not our first time staying here and hopefully it won't be our last. We bring our 5 granddaughters with us so we can be close to the beach. They love it as much as we do and always look forward to our week spent there.

We had such a great stay. Originally we had planned to stay at the other end of the island but made a final decision with this condo. The beach was nice and not crowded. We all really enjoyed our afternoon bike rides! The shells were awesome, the restaurants were wonderful and with a party of 7 we rarely had to wait! We can’t wait to go back.

This was our 6th year coming to Sanibel Island, first year at Seagrape. Absolutely loved the roominess, cleanliness, and spaciousness of this rental. Because our visit was in heart of COVID-19, we chose to stay in and cook and we had everything we needed. Did a lot of fishing off the beach and relaxing with our sons. Only thing we didn’t love were all the boats anchored just off the beach- as we mostly come to Sanibel to avoid crowds and enjoy quiet. That happened mostly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, beautiful location and really enjoyed ourselves.

SeaGrape 4 was a charming unit in a great location. It had everything we needed and was just steps to a lovely beach. The unit appeared to be recently updated and was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus.
Pros: plenty of space and televisions, comfortable furniture, great bathrooms, plenty of kitchen gear, awesome stock of beach stuff in the outdoor closet (lots of beach chairs plus bikes, toys, rafts, etc), HVAC worked perfectly, screened in porch was great, heated pool was awesome and rarely used by other SeaGrape residents, Sanibel Holiday staff were a pleasure to work with
Cons: Kitchen is small, some exterior items need repair (e.g. pool fence doors), light switches not connected to some lamps, dearth of outlets

We have stayed at Seagrape unit 4 many times . The beach at the east end in this location is beautiful and quiet . The unit is updated and spacious . Sanibel Holiday is a wonderful rental company .

We were a party of 6 adults. We have stayed in this unit before & were pleased with most things. There have been some significant upgrades in the bathrooms & the kitchen. All were a nice surprise. I do feel that some of the furniture could use an update. Specifically in the living room. One other observation is that it looked as though it could use a deep cleaning. A couple of times we saw cockroaches. We have not had this in the past. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Our vacation was wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better location. The pool is always perfectly and clean and a favorite of our family. Other than a couple of small issues that had no bearing on our happiness for the week, the condo was amazing. Our biggest complaint is that we had to leave on Saturday morning and couldn't stay longer.

The property was clean and nicely maintained. The pool was heated and perfect temp after a bike ride or walk on the beach. We had one issue with the bed being too firm and the property manger and owner agreed to purchase a nice mattress pad to solve. Would recommend this property and Sanibel Holiday.

The Seagrape Village is a great spot on the island. It is hard to find a three bedroom/ three bath and this one is great. Plenty of space, nice furniture and comfortable beds. There are lots of beach towels, chairs and pool floats.

After using Royal Shell in the past, we decided to try another rental agency for our annual trip to Sanibel. Tatum found the perfect condo for us. It was well equipped and whatever was missing, we called and the item magically appeared the next day. Arriving to a bag of oranges - FREE - imagine the concept was delightful, as was the daily newspaper. Do NOT rent from anyone else!

We had an enjoyable stay as usual. Can't wait to come back again next year. One suggestion, every year the dryer lint is fully loaded. Need to get that cleaned out and give instructions on how to clean. Very big fire hazard. Just an FYI.

Excellent accommodations. It's very hard to find a condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two bikes and lots of beach toys. When all but one small skillet was available for breakfast, I called the rental agency and they immediately delivered a griddle and 2 more skillets. Property/furniture could use a bit of updating, but location is excellent. We have rebooked for next year!!

Perfect location! I love that there are only 4 units to share the beach and pool with. Very quiet location. Condo is very nicely remodeled. The beds could all use memory foam toppers, as they are quite firm. All supplies were more than adequate. Especially enjoyed all the beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and bikes that came with condo. Will return again next year.

This was our second time renting unit 4 and this week was just as good as our first time. We bring our 5 granddaughters, ranging from age 7 to 12, with us for a summer vacation of fun and there's no disappointment! We all enjoy the beach and the girls especially love going out on the sandbar to see what treasures they can find. When they get tired of the beach scene it's a quick rinse-off and into the pool for them. Totally enjoyed...again!...this well maintained, neat, clean unit. And trust me, having a washer/dryer is a big plus for me. :)

This was the fourth year we've stayed at Seagrape 4 and overall it's a very special place that we enjoy as a whole family. We also rent the adjoining cottage, which allows everyone space and convenience. It's a great location and has nice amenities it does however require new mattresses and some updating. Seagrape 3 & 2 have been updated and have fresher appearances. One of the other cottages also supplies two bikes and nice beach supplies. Whereas the beach supplies provided by #4 are rusted and minimal. The kitchen supplies provided are extremely useful and appreciated. One can not beat the location, grill, pool and beach access and we look forward to returning next year

We spent a wonderful week on Sanibel. The house has a good 2-level layout that had lots of space for our extended family group. We liked being just a short walk to the beach, which is pretty quiet on this stretch. It was also nice to have a pool, and we appreciated all of the pool and beach toys ready for us to use. There are only 4 beach towels, so if you need more you might want to bring them. Also, the management company only provides limited supplies of toilet paper, soap, laundry soap, etc, so be prepared to head to a store for those items. Overall, this is a great property and we would definitely return.
