Description

Villa Sanibel is a quiet, private 20 unit Gulf front complex located near all the Island conveniences on West Gulf Drive. This quaint community offers a heated pool, gas grills, and tennis, all surrounded by lush tropical landscape. Unit 3B is a ground-level unit with views of the pool which can be easily accessed from the lanai. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is equipped with 2 flat screen TV’s, DVD player, secure Wi-Fi for your enjoyment & beach equipment in the storage locker on the lanai. Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free property.

We are thrilled you and your family recently enjoyed a great stay at Villa Sanibel 3B! We love Villa Sanibel for its small property size - just 20 units - and incredibly close beach access! If you are lucky enough to book units 1A or 1C you are just 6 steps to having your toes are in the sand. Of course buildings 2 & 3 don't have this type of access but it is still a very short walk from your unit to the sandy shores of the Gulf! 3B is a ground-level pool side unit which means you can access the pool deck directly from your lanai. A great option for families with little ones who love the pool as much as the beach!

This location is great. Near Bailey's Shopping Center and other amenities on that end of the island.
Access to the beach is convenient and you are only a few steps away from the pool.
Parking is right outside your door, so no need to lug baggage upstairs.
The condo is comfy and has ample space for 3-4 people.
Appliances are basic and met our needs well. Amy need to rent beach chairs and umbrella as the condo does not come with those supplied.
The staff at Sanibel Holiday were friendly and only a phone call away.

We had a great time. The property is on the beach and was only a short walk from our condo. The location is good for biking stores and other attractions. They have tennis courts but don't have rackets available, you would have to rent them off site so we did not use them. The staff was very helpful with any questions. The condo was clean and quiet. The condo is a little older and the beds were just Ok but we were happy overall and would stay again.. We arrived late at night and was somewhat difficult to find the office and condo at that time. A lighted sign on the office would help. Overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service and information. The unit was spotless. Parking right outside. Courtyard out back opens right to the pool. So convenient. Pool seems to be heated too. Further down the driveway the beach is right there. One thing that should be done:get new and updated beach chairs. The ones there were old or rusty, or in disrepair. More suitable for kids anyway. This was a disappointment with a beachfront property. Other units seem to have chairs I would have expected. Easy check-in and check-out.

The condo was clean upon arrival and the accommodations were comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom is great. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you wanted to make meals at the condo, but we mostly ate out. The condo was bug free (thank you!!)

We ALWAYS stay at Villa Sanibel, but not always the same unit. We chose 3B because the owners were accommodating and allowed us to rent Sunday to Sunday as opposed to the typical Saturday to Saturday. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs were in disrepair, rusted and falling apart. Otherwise, no complaints here. We always enjoy our stay on the island and Villa Sanibel. Thank you for being so flexible with the scheduling. It allowed us to have Christmas with family at home in Missouri before enjoying our "Christmas Vacation" on the island.

This is a fabulous unit very well equipped all round with amazing on suite bathroom. Steps from the pool amd a few yards further to the beach.

Our rental experience had a couple of quirks, however the issues we had were quickly fixed as soon as reported. When we first got into the condo we noticed that the air was not blowing and the temperature stayed between 77-79 degrees. After the technician came to fix, we did not have any additional issues for the remainder of the week.

The condo is in a great location close to the beach. Shopping at Bailey’s and dinner at Timbers or Doc Fords is a quick drive.
The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Parking is very convenient close to the front door of the condo.

Villa Sanibel 3B is in a great location not far from stores and restaurants. The accommodations are great--very comfortable with easy access to the swimming pool and the beach. First floor access is convenient for loading and unloading luggage and beach items. In condo washer and dryer are great too.

We love this rental. We love being right by the pool and just a stroll to the beach. Everything is clean and comfortable. It is perfect for our family. The only problem we had was door issues and I reported them and they were so nice about it and they will be fixed for the next renters.

Great location, great staff, things handled well. Had a small problem with rodents on the screened porch, which will happen, but it was handled quickly, professionally and corrected the issue to our satisfaction for sure.

We had two poolside units at Villa Sanibel. Both were excellent--pretty, clean,comfy,very well equipped, quiet! We appreciated having beach chairs, toys, umbrella,beach towels, etc!
