This is our second year staying at this condo and we love it! We already have it booked for next year! Plenty of room, has most all kitchen things you would need (does need better knives) but overall it’s a great place!

Bandy Beach Association is a very small, very quiet beachfront condo association. This unit (though given the number A101) occupies all of the second floor of this building, so it is filled with light from all sides. It also feels very private--with no other unit right next to you. The lanai is very large, with a dining table that will seat 8. The unit is well decorated--avoiding the overly cute beachy look. Like many condo rentals on Sanibel, you'll need to provide your own spices, coffee filters, etc., though there were several keurig coffee singles available in the keurig machine. (There's also a regular coffee pot.) Though the kitchen layout is somewhat awkward, the unit is spacious and good for a multi-generational family vacation. We will be returning.

Great getaway week with girlfriends on the island. Super happy with our location and accommodations. Being just steps away from the beach and not far from the lighthouse allowed for daily walks on the beach and many fun finds by and in the water. Going in September we experienced a few places closed for renovations and cleanup before the rush of high season but with mostly locals on the island we didn’t have long waits anywhere and little traffic. Weather was warm but with beach and pool it made for a great hang week with friends. Our unit had everything we needed to cook in, relax inside or sit outside snd enjoy the view and summer air. We basically had the pool and complex to ourselves, based on time of year. Fortunately, we experienced none of the negatives that we could have going in September. Great week.

A101 was a great unit. Nice patio furniture especially the rocking chairs. Plenty of furnishings in the unit to eat/cook at home daily and plenty of seating for family/guests in the dining & living rooms as well. Unit stays cold, has a great view and easy access to the beach/pool, can’t really ask for more! Grounds are well kept, pool is deep (not many places go past 6’). Would certainly recommend to anyone who’s looking. Sanibel Holiday has probably been the best agent we’ve worked with so far, very friendly & accomodating.

Love Bandy Beach—will be back next year!

We stayed at Bandy Beach in 2019, and we’re going to be back in 2020, but then Covid hit. We live the privacy, the pool, the beach, and the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with what we needed to cook. Would love to see some new living room furniture when we come back (for 2 weeks), in 2022. Unit is clean and live the screened in lanai.

The location couldn’t be better with the pool and beach practically at your doorstep. The furniture was comfortable and the condo was clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and poolside and eating dinners on the large screened in porch. We would definitely come back to this property again!

We had a lovely time in the Bandy Beach condo. It’s very large so lots of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the huge screened in lanai with the gorgeous view. The pool was refreshing. The beach was amazing. We love the east end location because the lighthouse and the pier are both walkable as well as our favorite Lighthouse cafe.

Nice, clean unit - great value with two king-sized beds. Only 10 units in this comfortable property. Fantastic location close to the lighthouse. Sanibel can be very busy with insane traffic. This is a quieter end of the island that's a little easier to navigate on those busy days.

During the last week of Oct. and the first week of Nov., 5 girlfriends and I vacationed in this wonderful condo. We have come to other ares of FL and spent other trips on Sanibel. This condo was our very favorite ever. The unit had everything needed, high-end furnishings and super clean. The pool, grounds and location were exceptional. Our two weeks had perfect weather and no evidence ofRed Tide. I swam in the Gulf, walked the beach and, of course, did the Sanibel Stoop. We hope to return to Bandy Beach and this unit.

We decided to try a new condo rental, after spending our last 10 Sanibel vacations at another top rated property in the same area. Upon arrival, everything was smoothly communicated with no issues. Booked the week before our arrival, they were flexible with my schedule and the customer service was amazing. Everything about the unit was amazing from the second you walk in the door!! Beach within steps along with swimming pool and massive screened in sitting deck. perfect for late night and early morning beverages!!

Nestled at the end of a shell covered lane with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Bandy Beach is a quaint 10-unit complex located on the quiet East End of Sanibel. Bandy Beach A101 is a breathtaking and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stilted Gulf-front condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Following Hurricane Ian, this condo was taken down to the studs and built back with all new flooring and paint throughout, brand new AC unit, a modern kitchen with everything you need to make all your meals in-house and stunning bathrooms. To complete the look, you will enjoy all new, upscale furniture, area rugs and décor with a chic coastal vibe in blues and natural tones.

Your primary suite looks out over the Gulf of Mexico with all new bedding & king-sized mattress, and a Smart TV. A luxurious ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, spacious countertop with 2 sinks and heated tile floor. The second bedroom also has views of the Gulf, new bedding & king-sized mattress, and Smart TV. The third cozy bedroom is just down the hall with new bedding and 2 twin mattresses. The guest bedrooms share a coastal inspired bathroom with shower/tub combo and heated flooring.

After a long day at the beach hunting for the perfect shell or exploring Ding Darling to catch a glimpse of the island’s native wildlife, you can look forward to watching the game on a large Smart TV in the living room or enjoying some family time playing a game around the dining table. More memories can be made on your private lanai which overlooks the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai runs the full length of the unit with an area for dining and a comfortable spot for 2 to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The unit is stocked with beach towels and beach equipment is stored on the ground level – perfect for those long-awaited days on the beach!

Additional amenities include: community heated pool (currently not operational), covered parking, boardwalk to the beach and a community use gas grill. Bandy Beach is a non-smoking property. There is a semi-private elevator for your use (currently not operational).

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
