Enjoyed our stay , only thing was by busy road, very noisy but understand as island is coming back. Nice property, quiet, close to beach. All you need. Do wish some items were stocked so everyone doesnt need to purchase stock items. This unit could use some beach towels. And door removed from master bath, absolutely impossible to squeeze in, shut door as toilet paper is behind door. Tiny toilet and shower area. Other than that was fine.

Very nice first floor unit. Only short walk to the beach. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen with many utensils and cookware.

The condo is newly-renovated and just lovely! The kitchen is well-equipped, the pool steps away from the screened-in porch, and the beach just over the dunes - nothing between us and the beautiful seashore. This is on the quiet side of the island - perfect for us. Several of the in-demand restaurants are very close, within biking distance. We hope to return!

Breakaways West is a phenomenal place to stay! The unit was super clean and had all the household items one needed to make it a perfect stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
The location is perfect! Quiet and secluded enough yet a path way walk away from the beach.
The setting is truly paradise!

Breakers West was a lovely place to spend our vacation. The condo was clean, pleasant and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have bedding for the pull out couch somewhere. The staff at the management office was very helpful.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Having the beach only steps away was wonderful. The parking, for the unit, is a bit tight, since a large pick-up truck with a bicycle rack extending off the back - consider restricting parking to sedans only.

Breakers West is a unique property on Sanibel since you are able to book less than a 7 night stay which is the standard at the majority of condo associations on Sanibel. Bookings can be as few as 4 nights or if you are looking for something between 7-14 nights Breakers West is the perfect solution! The flexible dates also allows guest to book a airfare for non-Saturday arrivals/depatures which can result in great savings.The parking at Breakers West is certainly tight so I can appreciate you found parking your large vehicle challenging. It is a smaller property so not only are the spots not great for large vehicles they are also few in numbers (no guest parking available at Breakers West) but this is not uncommon at smaller, less crowded properties.
