Spent 3 wonderful nights in this condo with my daughter after our trip was cut short due to flight delays. It was still a lovely, leisurely trip with good beach time, pool time, shopping and eating! The condo had everything we needed and was lovely! Beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers was wonderful - I wish I had the same at home! We will certainly be back. Check in was a breeze and I loved the electronic lock - so convenient!

We had a wonderful vacation to Sanibel Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breakers West B6. The unit was very clean and had lots of games, puzzles and books for our family to enjoy during our stay when the weather kept us indoors. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The Breakers West B6 was great. Clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was located with a short walk to the beach and with the ocean water so warm, the pool surprisingly was a cool temperature that was welcome. The beach umbrella that was provided Brooke on a very windy day but was replaced within hours after I called the management office. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was PERFECT! Easy check in easy check out. The fact that we had less than a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and shells was just great! Condo was clean, no noise. Cannot wait to book next year!!! Thank you so very much for making our vacation that much more wonderful

We drove from WI & stayed at this condo for 5 nights. The check in at the welcome center was super quick & easy. When we arrived we did have some trouble with the key/lock. We had to wiggle/jiggle the key quite a bit to get in. It would be nice to have that fixed. The condo itself was clean & comfortable. We purchased groceries off island & made breakfast almost every morning, all lunches & a couple dinners at the condo. The kitchen has all necessary utensils & it worked out great. Beds were comfortable. We did have to reset Wi-Fi for tv to work but it was easy to do. The condo is welcoming. Nice to have the washer/dryer there too. We ate out on the screened in porch area & our daughters played cards there at night. The pool was great after spending time on the beach! You can’t really see the ocean from the condo but it is a VERY short walk to the beach/ocean. I enjoyed the little walk to the beach...a narrow path along a wooden fence. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We are two couples in our 60s and we were very pleased with our accommodation. We love to cycle and the bike trail is right across the road.
We also enjoyed the shared pool! The grounds were very well maintained.
It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach.

This rental was perfect! It was very comfy and cozy! Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms were master suites with bathrooms. The living room had a couch with a foldout bed and love seat. There were several beach chairs and beach umbrellas along with many other beach supplies. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The beach was just a very short walk down a private pathway. We will definitely be staying at the Breakers West condominiums again!!!

The exterior of the condo was always clean and sand was always swept from the exterior walk ways and stairs. Very well taken care of. The outside shower was convenient and used daily for feet and gear.
The only negative concern was that there was no recycling of cans and bottles. This should be mandatory by renters, such a shame and waste.
We enjoyed our stay and the location greatly
