Breakers West B6 is a 2nd floor, 2 bed/2 bath condo located in a small, quiet complex on West Gulf Drive. It is just a short stroll to the private beach access where you can enjoy sunny days walking the beach in search of shells and taking in the breathtaking West End sunsets each evening. You and your guests will feel right at home in this condo that comfortably sleeps 4, with a king in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. The private, screened-in lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening libation while enjoying the tropical garden view. Enjoy floating in the heated community pool that is just steps away. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TVs, secure Wi-Fi and beach equipment. *Please note: Only one parking spot per unit and non-smoking complex* Sanibel Dwelling License # RDWL-004059. ***Due to Hurricane Ian, the elevator is not yet working***

The Breakers West B6 was great. Clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was located with a short walk to the beach and with the ocean water so warm, the pool surprisingly was a cool temperature that was welcome. The beach umbrella that was provided Brooke on a very windy day but was replaced within hours after I called the management office. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was PERFECT! Easy check in easy check out. The fact that we had less than a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and shells was just great! Condo was clean, no noise. Cannot wait to book next year!!! Thank you so very much for making our vacation that much more wonderful

This was our second visit to Sanibel Island in the last year. Both times we stayed in a condo on the beach and both times, we had a lovely time. Breakers B6 was a very well kept and well appointed condo. The pool area was well maintained and we enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen was well stocked with implements, dishes, and flatware. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well-stocked with linens.
However, I have two suggestions for improvements: (1) The plumbing fixtures, especially in the master shower, need to be upgraded and replaced. The kitchen sink fixture was loose and dripped if not forced shut.
(2) Some of the upholstered furniture, especially the chairs in the dining area, were stained and soiled. An occasional steam cleaning would go a long way to improving their appearance.
Other than that, the condo was in good shape and offered amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

We drove from WI & stayed at this condo for 5 nights. The check in at the welcome center was super quick & easy. When we arrived we did have some trouble with the key/lock. We had to wiggle/jiggle the key quite a bit to get in. It would be nice to have that fixed. The condo itself was clean & comfortable. We purchased groceries off island & made breakfast almost every morning, all lunches & a couple dinners at the condo. The kitchen has all necessary utensils & it worked out great. Beds were comfortable. We did have to reset Wi-Fi for tv to work but it was easy to do. The condo is welcoming. Nice to have the washer/dryer there too. We ate out on the screened in porch area & our daughters played cards there at night. The pool was great after spending time on the beach! You can’t really see the ocean from the condo but it is a VERY short walk to the beach/ocean. I enjoyed the little walk to the beach...a narrow path along a wooden fence. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We are two couples in our 60s and we were very pleased with our accommodation. We love to cycle and the bike trail is right across the road.
We also enjoyed the shared pool! The grounds were very well maintained.
It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach.
We will return !

This rental was perfect! It was very comfy and cozy! Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms were master suites with bathrooms. The living room had a couch with a foldout bed and love seat. There were several beach chairs and beach umbrellas along with many other beach supplies. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The beach was just a very short walk down a private pathway. We will definitely be staying at the Breakers West condominiums again!!!

Easy to work with agency, the home was as described and very close to the beach. The screened in porch was where we ate and played scrabble and allowed us to leave the windows open at night.
