Our condo met and exceeded our expectations! The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. The location was perfect for us. We have rented through Sanibel Holiday several times, and each experience from start to finish was perfect! We highly recommend staying at Loggerhead Cay and renting through this agency!

This is our third stay in this unit at Loggerhead Cay. We love the location on the island and the location of this unit. It's so convenient for uploading as well as bringing our stuff to the beach. The owners are so friendly and helpful and the unit is always spotless. We couldn't have had a more relaxing vacation. We've already planned next year's visit!

Perfect Beach Getaway on Sanibel Island – Can’t Beat the Location!
This first-floor condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Being just a short walk to the beach made our vacation incredibly easy and relaxing—no driving, no hassle, just grab your towel and go.
The condo itself was newly remodeled and spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a welcoming living space. It truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the biggest highlights was Sanibel Island itself. The island-wide bike paths made it easy and enjoyable to explore everything at a relaxed pace, and it truly lives up to its reputation as the Seashell Capital of the World. We loved walking the beach and finding incredible shells just minutes from the condo. The bird sanctuary is a must see.
The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
The host was wonderful to work with—responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient Sanibel Island vacation. An exceptional stay from start to finish!

We had a great vacation overall on Sanibel. We plan to return next year. We only have a few recommendations. Please add a ceiling fan above the dining room table to help move air. When at the table playing cards, cold air hits you coming from the vent. When it shuts off you start getting hot before it turns back on. Beach chairs could be a little higher. When you get older it’s not easy getting up from a sitting position.
We would like to thank the owners again for coming over to clean up the water from the washer drain. We did add several ties to help keep the washer drain in place.

We just spent a relaxing week on Sanibel Island staying at Loggerhead Cay in unit 451 which is on the ground floor. This was our third stay at Loggerhead Cay and the first in this unit.
After the devastation from hurricane Ian in 2022 I feared I might never return to the island, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it coming back to life so quickly! It is an island still healing, but the beach is beautiful and still as magical as ever. Loggerhead Cay shows no signs of damage,
and is situated at a great location both close to the causeway and access to the main drag of Periwinkle where the restaurants and the grocery store are easily accessed. We were pleased that a couple of our favorite restaurants were open and we dined there several times, (Doc Fords and The Timbers). If you would prefer to eat in you could cook in the well supplied kitchen (which we did a couple of times). The unit has everything you need and feels like home away from home. The large TV in the living room was great for family viewing and the additional set in the master bedroom is an option as well. The double and single bed in the second bedroom is perfect for families.
We brought our small dog, and although the $300 non refundable pet deposit was a little steep for a 6 lb lap dog, I understand the policy. I just wish it was refundable upon seeing there was no damage.
I mentioned that the beach chairs were a bit shabby and they immediately responded that they would be replaced. This unit is a bit further back from the beach than our last two stays, so a beach cart would be useful.
I loved the floors in the condo, which can be easily swept. The appliances are new. I would suggest bringing your own washer pods as only two are provided and one needs to be used for the beach towels.
My family loves coming to Sanibel and we felt very comfortable in this unit, we will be back and return to this unit.

The condo was perfect. Ground floor providing easy access to the beach. The screen porch had an extra view at the end allowing for additional air movement.. The unit was decorated in Tommy Bahama style which was very nice. The only complaint is that there were no spices and not even salt and pepper.

This was our first time to Sanibel Island, Florida, and our vacation was absolutely wonderful. The location of our condo to the beach and the main road, Periwinkle Way, was perfect. The property is very well maintained and our condo had just about everything we needed. The staff at Sanibel Holiday are very courteous and responsive.

This two-bedroom, two bath unit was on ground level with a one minute walk to the pool and under a two minute walk to the beach. Our stay was the last week in September into October and we couldn't have picked a better week. The weather was perfect, mid 80's in temperature, clear blue skies with a few clouds. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We walked the beach to the lighthouse and back every morning looking for shells and enjoying the cool morning breeze. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean, has everything needed to have a great stay and feel at home. The grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is has crystal clear water. Cannot wait to come back.

We loved the unit because of the first floor convenience. The positives: the beds in the rooms were super comfortable and the apartment is in great shape. The TVs are larger and the internet and cable were great for the kids at night. The negatives: the sofa bed has a terrible mattress it should be replaced, the walk to the beach is long because it’s in building four, the kitchen is not as equipped as other units I have stayed at before.

This is our second visit to this resort and there will be many more. The resort is not far from the causeway on the gulf. The unit was a 2/2 on the ground floor not far from the beautiful pool. The accommodation was clean and relaxing with very respectful people around us. I find people who vacation in Sanibel are some of the happiest I’ve ever met. We also were able to bring our wiener dog who really loved the beach. Sanibel is a very dog friendly island with normal guidelines. To finish off I’d love to mention the outstandingly friendly woman who was at the property management company on the causeway where you pick your keys and paperwork and to my joy she was working the follow Saturday when we sadly turned in our keys. I didn’t remember her name but here’s my big thank you! You represent the owners and Sanibel better than anyone could!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The fact that the condo is supplied with a washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, etc - - it was LITERALLY all we needed for our stay -- it was peaceful, private & Perfect! The only thing I can think of to help would be a matt going into the porch -to clean your feet.

The condo was wonderful. Having a new set of vacationers each week was challenging. We did not sit out on the lanai very often because the people above us and those across from us didn’t realize that their voices carried. There were many yipping dogs. We loved staying in the rental unit. This was our 2nd year. It was perfect for 5 people ( 2 adults &3 children 16,15,14). It is located in the perfect spot A short walk to the beach and pool. We liked the screened in porch for storing our beach stuff and not tracking all the sand in the condo. Everything was perfect. Clean and decorated very cute. Making our weeks stay very comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use for washing beach towels and swim suits. The only complaint I have is that the stove was not level and the burners didn’t fit in right so it made your pans sit uneven and slide. Everything else worked fine. It was also nice that the refrigerator had water and ice available. It was nice that the owner provides extra beach chairs available to use.

Ground level units make getting out to the beach and pool so easy, especially when you can do that directly from your lanai where your beach equipment is stored. The owner of #451 has put a lot of thought into what her unit provides so that her guests can enjoy the perfect beach getaway! I have shared your notes regarding the stove with our maintenance crew so they can make adjustments. We hope to see you in 2021 for year 3!

We stayed at Loggerhead Cay on Sanibel Island for one week in late February. Four adults, two toddlers. The unit felt much more spacious than we expected based on the pictures, with a large living area, a very large master with plenty of space for the king size bed and a travel crib. Two bathrooms were key, especially having one in the hallway vs. attached to a bedroom. The first floor location and lanai was perfect for getting two little ones to the beach and pool. The outside facilities were beautiful and welcoming. We are already planning next year's stay!

We were very pleased with this well maintained and nicely furnished condo. Beach equipment provided was an added plus! The condo is in a great location directly across from the Sanibel Island bridge. It's just a short stroll to the beach on a nicely paved path directly accessed from the lanai. Communication with the owner as well as the managing company was very easy. Would definitely rent again!

The check in process was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very cute and super clean. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed on vacation. It had plenty of room, and was well equipped for our week. The resort was very well kept, and the courtyard area was beautifully manicured. There was a paved walking path all the way to the sand, which made getting to the beach super easy. Also really liked the fact there was a shower at the end of the path so you could rinse off before returning to your condo.
Congrats, you are going to Sanibel, don't be so fussy and enjoy!

We loved our stay! But any day on SI is better than not. ;) Never stayed on the East End but it was great! Staff at Sanibel Holiday was extremely nice, even when I complained on day 1. (It was in regards to house keeping. Nothing the owner or Sanibel Holiday could have done any differently. Just needed to be made aware that maybe the cleaning company needed to step up their game.) Maintenance was quick (sliding door issue) and the room was great. Peaceful complex. Clean. Only thing I wished for was a garbage can by the elevator or in the parking area. lol Got to see snakes, lizards, toads, bobcats, turtles and dolphins. First time we have ever seen so much staff present at a resort on the island. Very nice people. Our 2 week stay was wonderful. Just not never long enough. Unit was well stocked, well maintained and plenty of toys and beach necessities. We greatly appreciate the owner opening their home to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the beach decorations were tastefully done. As advertised it was very close to the beach. It was extremely helpful that it was located on the ground floor so that we didn’t have to lug our beach stuff up and down the steps/elevator. The condo property was very well done and the other guests and residents were very nice. We enjoyed the food nearby, especially at Dante’s which has carry out.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful decorated condo directly on the beach. Enough space for the four of us, plenty towels, beach equipment and all we could wish for a relaxing stay.
We enjoyed the pool area and were happy to use the barbecues close to the tennis courts.
The bathrooms and bed linen were spotlessly clean, the floors and kitchen could have been cleaned a bit better. All in all we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful stay. This is our third time staying at Loggerhead Cay and by far this has been the nicest unit. Well stocked with beach chairs and beach toys if you have kids. The only complaint was that the lighters at the grills didn't work. We went out and bought one in order to start the grill. Very convenient location next to pool and beach! We will be back!
