1. Weather - really hot in August resulting in laziness
2. Condo - exactly as described by the owner. It offered all we needed and there were various instructions (e.g. how to use the TV, washer & dryer,...). Very helpful!
3. Location - great beach location and very well-maintained property by the staff. Our daughter loved the kids activities offered in the club house. Mandy (the person in charge) did a great job and tears were running upon departure.
Personally I loved the dolphins and the pelicans. Hated the insects, which ate me up alive.
Running on the beach with the sunrise around 6:30 was my favorite routine. I could have stayed even longer...

From your 3rd floor screened lanai, you can enjoy Gulf breezes and view over the tropical lagoon, heated pool, hot tub and pavilion. Each bedroom & living room provide a smart TV with cable for your entertainment needs.
