Located on the West End of Sanibel Island, this tropical beachfront condominium complex is perfect for romance and relaxation or a fun family vacation. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with twin beds. The owner provides flat screen TV’s in each room a DVD player. From your 3rd floor screened lanai you can enjoy gulf breezes and view over the tropical lagoon, heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse. The clubhouse offers restrooms for your convenience and there is a recreation room where daily children activities are held. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a tennis match on the tennis courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings provide elevators and wireless internet access throughout the complex. Per Pointe Santo de Sanibel's Condo Association Parking Policy there is one (1) guaranteed parking space for each condo. All other additional parking spaces are limited and first-come, first-serve and are NOT guaranteed.

We (2 adults and our 6-year old daughter) spend a great vacation at Pointe Santo.

Everything worked out as expected:
1. Weather - really hot in August resulting in laziness
2. Condo - exactly as described by the owner. It offered all we needed and there were various instructions (e.g. how to use the TV, washer & dryer,...). Very helpful!
3. Location - great beach location and very well-maintained property by the staff. Our daughter loved the kids activities offered in the club house. Mandy (the person in charge) did a great job and tears were running upon departure.

Personally I loved the dolphins and the pelicans. Hated the insects, which ate me up alive.
Running on the beach with the sunrise around 6:30 was my favorite routine. I could have stayed even longer...

It was great easy check in and check out. Had problem with toilet called Sanibel Holiday and they sent someone right over to fix it.

This was our first vacation on Sanibel and it was great. The condo is in a good location on a nice beach, clean, there is a great view from the screened-in porch, and convenient parking. A short 1-2 mile drive or bike path to downtown Sanibel. The owner provided a helpful summary of what to bring, shopping, and other information.
