This condo is in a great location ( across from the beach and golf course and pond in the back. I love the decorating which has been kept updated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and has very nice appliances. The rental agency responded quickly to any ph to one call and the owner delightful.

This rental is a clean, comfortable stay with plenty of amenities. The location is the best of both worlds with both ocean and freshwater views, teeming with wildlife! Planned a trip to Sanibel to search out rare seashells and was pleasantly surprised to find a gem of a property to stay at during our search. Very clean, located perfectly between the Gulf and a beautiful canal waterway that doesn't get near the attention it deserves. Easy access to other parts of Sanibel and Captiva. The condo has everything you need, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The quality of the furnishings and amenities was first rate as well.

This condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. I’ve rented for several years and always find it very clean. It has close beach access. The managers are extremely responsive to any type of request I’ve had. I love coming back.

Staying at Sandpebble 4B has been our pleasure for the past two years. We enjoy the payed back feel of the Island itself~the shelling~the ocean breezes~the sounds of the many native birds~discovering yet fun places to eat or to see. Beyond the general island life itself~we feel like we found this perfectly placed “gem” in staying at Sandpebble . The things we enjoyed the most are it’s close location to the ocean shore, a small store right across the street for most anything you might need, the smaller condo~so things are usually very quiet, the ocean breezes that come right on thru from front to back. We never had to use the air conditioner! We swam everyday in the pool and very much enjoyed that~many times we had it all to ourselves. One of our very favorite parts is how the back of the condo, where there is a walkway~has a ire from 4stories up of the river behind, and all of the wonderful wildlife we see and hear! It is beautiful and peaceful !
The condo is stocked with all your needs to make your stay very comfortable. This year we discovered the Sanibel Island Farmers Market ( Sunday mornings)~that was fantastic!

We loved staying in this bright and airy apartment. There was plenty of space for our party of three, and it was located an easy walk from the beautiful beach. There's a canal behind the building that attracts wildlife, so it's great to birdwatch from the back balcony. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very nice, small condo complex across the street from the beach. Comfortable bed and nice decor. Property managers responded when we needed help and fixed the problem. Island itself is expensive. Food was very expensive and not very good quality. We were there when the water got murky from the fresh water that was dumped into the ocean. That really ruined the quality of the water. Last time I was there the water was beautiful and clear. Shopping is also very expensive and only 2 grocery stores on the island that are expensive, unless you pay a $6 toll to cross the bridge and go to Publix.

Staying at Sandpebble on Sanibel Island was a most pleasant experience. The accomadations were spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and very airy and light. The location seemed perfect, with a very short walk to the ocean, a small store across the street, a bike ride away to one of the larger supermarkets and Periwinkle Way businesses. The river outback and all the delightful nature there was wondrous! We spotted alligators, many turtles , and all the many local birds. From the 4th floor you have great viewing and the cooler Gulf breezes are wonderful as they flow through the whole place! The only thing I can think to mention, that was not so nice, is the traffic noise from the front part of the condo on Middle Gulf Drive. Of course we chose to leave the condo open most of the time for the breezes to come through, so it would be less noise if closed up and putting on the air~a personal choice. Staying here overall was a great experience and I will return next year. So glad to have found a place that seems close to perfect for me.

My daughter and I spent a week at the Church's beautiful, updated condo on Sanibel Island. The condo itself is just beautiful! It has all the amenities of home! Everything you need to cook your meals (Carolyn Church is a gourmet cook!), comfortable couches, chairs, and a nice dining set. The beds are very comfortable and the lanai has nice chairs to enjoy the great weather. The beach is across the street. Beach chairs are in the closet as well as beach towels. We loved our stay and I plan to return with my husband, very soon!
