The unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with a king in the master and twin beds in the guestroom. The owner provides SMART TV’s in each room that provide programming by streaming (no cable) and a off-air antenna for local channels in the living room. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the heated pool of this lushly landscaped 34-unit property also offers tennis court, gas grills, elevators and coin operated laundry facilities. We have stayed at this property before and love the location, quiet pool area, and beach access right across the street.
Cleanliness we would give 3/5. Bedspreads wadded up in closet, dirty blanket, someone else’s flip flops in the closet, candy wrappers under bed.
We also did not have cable or WiFi our entire stay. We called about it the first day and everyday after, but neither was ever fixed.

Planned a trip to Sanibel to search out rare seashells and was pleasantly surprised to find a gem of a property to stay at during our search. Very clean, located perfectly between the Gulf and a beautiful canal waterway that doesn't get near the attention it deserves. Easy access to other parts of Sanibel and Captiva. The condo has everything you need, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The quality of the furnishings and amenities was first rate as well.

This condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. I’ve rented for several years and always find it very clean. It has close beach access. The managers are extremely responsive to any type of request I’ve had. I love coming back.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. My only concern was that the condo wasn't very clean upon arrival. There was miscellaneous hair ties, food wrappers, food under the sofas and between the cushions. There was one knife missing from the knife block. The dishwasher and stove are wonderful! The oven was super dirty though. I found the cookware to be too old and worn to properly cook an egg. There was not a baking sheet to be found or a pizza cooking sheet. The coffee maker is amazing, but no filters. The master bathroom is nicely updated, but the shower head is awful! The water trickles over pressure at all. We spent most of our time outdoors, so the TV situation ended up only being a minor inconvenience. The bedroom tv's are out dated and the picture quality is very poor. The LR television has a nice picture, but the tv is too small for that size room. It was difficult to watch Netflix as the wifi network isn't strong. In spite of all this.....we slept well, ate well and loved the screened porch and morning sun.

Staying at Sandpebble 4B has been our pleasure for the past two years. We enjoy the payed back feel of the Island itself~the shelling~the ocean breezes~the sounds of the many native birds~discovering yet fun places to eat or to see. Beyond the general island life itself~we feel like we found this perfectly placed “gem” in staying at Sandpebble . The things we enjoyed the most are it’s close location to the ocean shore, a small store right across the street for most anything you might need, the smaller condo~so things are usually very quiet, the ocean breezes that come right on thru from front to back. We never had to use the air conditioner! We swam everyday in the pool and very much enjoyed that~many times we had it all to ourselves. One of our very favorite parts is how the back of the condo, where there is a walkway~has a ire from 4stories up of the river behind, and all of the wonderful wildlife we see and hear! It is beautiful and peaceful !
The condo is stocked with all your needs to make your stay very comfortable. We stayed put most days, because it was comfortable and relaxing ~no need to go elsewhere, unless you choose to be adventuresome! This year we discovered the Sanibel Island Farmers Market ( Sunday mornings)~that was fantastic!
We are coming back next year, because we do feel we have found our little home away fro home here~a place we look forward to all Winter long!

We loved staying in this bright and airy apartment. There was plenty of space for our party of three, and it was located an easy walk from the beautiful beach. There's a canal behind the building that attracts wildlife, so it's great to birdwatch from the back balcony. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very nice, small condo complex across the street from the beach. Comfortable bed and nice decor. Property managers responded when we needed help and fixed the problem. Island itself is expensive. Food was very expensive and not very good quality. We were there when the water got murky from the fresh water that was dumped into the ocean. That really ruined the quality of the water. Last time I was there the water was beautiful and clear. Shopping is also very expensive and only 2 grocery stores on the island that are expensive, unless you pay a $6 toll to cross the bridge and go to Publix.

The river outback and all the delightful nature there was wondrous! We spotted alligators, many turtles , and all the many local birds. From the 4th floor you have great viewing and the cooler Gulf breezes are wonderful as they flow through the whole place! The only thing I can think to mention, that was not so nice, is the traffic noise from the front part of the condo on Middle Gulf Drive. Of course we chose to leave the condo open most of the time for the breezes to come through, so it would be less noise if closed up and putting on the air~a personal choice. Staying here overall was a great experience and I will return next year. So glad to have found a place that seems close to perfect for me.

My daughter and I spent a week at the Church's beautiful, updated condo on Sanibel Island. The condo itself is just beautiful! It has all the amenities of home! Everything you need to cook your meals (Carolyn Church is a gourmet cook!), comfortable couches, chairs, and a nice dining set. The beds are very comfortable and the lanai has nice chairs to enjoy the great weather. The beach is across the street. Beach chairs are in the closet as well as beach towels. We loved our stay and I plan to return with my husband, very soon!

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation. The island and beaches are beautiful. The condo was lovely, clean and well-stocked. The management company was wonderful. Although we didn't have a "view" of the beach, it was right across the street, and we could walk over and enjoy whenever we wanted - which was most of the time we were there. Everything we needed was close, and it was easy to get around. Great vacation. Can't wait to come back.
