We were more than pleased with our stay at 1H. I don't believe I've ever been in a condo on Sanibel that had such a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pot & pans and dishes. We had a little glitch with the oven but it was resolved and we were compensated. We rebooked for next year! There were a couple of things we noticed and we reported to property management and the cleaning lady. The only change we would make is the front door - the blind on the door was a little bothersome as I know there are doors that have blinds inside the windows, but its probably hard to find a good door that can withstand the salt air! Please thank the owner for allowing us to stay in their property.

Perfect location to enjoy the island by bikes!! Very clean and great layout!! Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds which eliminates the need of someone sleeping on a pullout couch. Kitchen has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were abundant.

Family vacation, first one since before COVID. First time to Sanibel. Rental was perfect for us. Not the newest but everything was just as we needed. Only thing we could have used was additional soft blankets for master bedroom and pillow cases for extra pillows. Loved location to beach. Neeeded additional chairs bc two were old- however we bought new and left in unit- ENJOY! Loved having outdoor shower at bottom of stairs. Pool was amazing. Staff at Holiday Sanibel very kind helpful

This property was so perfect for us. The view from the front porch was beautiful, the proximity to the beach made it easy for our family of 6 to make trips back and forth to the condo as needed and the pool was also super close. We enjoyed the screened patio for evening meals & relaxing. The outdoor closet was stocked with chairs. We were expecting beach toys but there were none, so we just grabbed some from a nearby shop. We had an amazing vacation and already booked for next year :-).

We had a wonderful week at Villa Sanibel on Sanibel Island. The property was clean and well appointed. The loft was a nice feature and gave my daughter plenty of space ( it would be nice if there was blind on the loft window. Very bright in the am). You are truly steps away from the beach a s a bonus it that everyone we met while there, owners and guests, couldn’t have been nicer. We have already booked again for next year.

We had a very nice time. This is the second time we have rented that specific unit. Our internet was down for a couple days but that is not fault of anyone. It seems ridiculous that the unit doesn't offer high-def cable service. In this day and age, and with the money we spend on rental costs, you would think high-def TV would be available. I can't imagine it would cost the unit owner much to upgrade the cable service. Also, the bath spigot in the hall bath needs replacing.

Condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. I thought the balcony was an ocean front view, that was my mistake. I had looked at so many before choosing this condo. It was just steps from the sand. The condo was clean and had everything u could think of to use on the beach. My three teenage daughters had a great time.

We vacation on Sanibel every year and stay at Villa Sanibel. This year, we stayed in 1H and love everything about it. The unit was clean and well laid out for the vacationer. The furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. We love being only steps away from "toes in the sand" and having access to beach chairs and toys. Although the unit does not have bicycles, we rented some and enjoyed the network of bike paths. Villa Sanibel is only a couple of minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy. When in season, don't miss the Sanibel Farmers Market on Sunday mornings. We love Sanibel and appreciate what Villa Sanibel has to offer.

Overall, it was good. There was a very loud rattling noise in the second bedroom when the air conditioning was on. The complex could use another grill.

Renting Villa 1H was easy and we loved the space which had plenty of room for our family of 4. Teen and pre-teen got to have their own sleeping space. Clean unit, well stocked with kitchen items, and very clean. Could use a broom so we can sweep up as needed, as there was only a hand brush and dustpan. Loved the bonus beach towels and all the beach supplies. Washer & dryer come in so handy.

Another plus is the loft where 2 people can stay. We appreciate the fact that there are only 20 units, and 2 next to each other so it is private. This unit has had somethings new or redone each time we have been there in the last 7 years so it always looks nice.

You couldn’t ask for a better location on the island. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The only bad thing to say about are stay was the water. This was are 3rd stay on the island and it seems every time the water conditions have gotten worse. They are releasing water from lake okeechobee into the bay making the water look terrible. I hope they are able to fix the conditions soon.
