We were more than pleased with our stay at 1H. I don't believe I've ever been in a condo on Sanibel that had such a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pot & pans and dishes. We had a little glitch with the oven but it was resolved and we were compensated. We rebooked for next year! There were a couple of things we noticed and we reported to property management and the cleaning lady. The only change we would make is the front door - the blind on the door was a little bothersome as I know there are doors that have blinds inside the windows, but its probably hard to find a good door that can withstand the salt air! Please thank the owner for allowing us to stay in their property.

Villa Sanibel is a special place. Quiet friendly and beautiful. This was the second year in a row my family stayed in this condo and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The only downside was that it was available for next year!

Perfect location to enjoy the island by bikes!! Very clean and great layout!! Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds which eliminates the need of someone sleeping on a pullout couch. Kitchen has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were abundant.

Family vacation, first one since before COVID. First time to Sanibel. Rental was perfect for us. Not the newest but everything was just as we needed. Only thing we could have used was additional soft blankets for master bedroom and pillow cases for extra pillows. Loved location to beach. Neeeded additional chairs bc two were old- however we bought new and left in unit- ENJOY! Loved having outdoor shower at bottom of stairs. Pool was amazing. Staff at Holiday Sanibel very kind helpful

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sanabel 1H because of its proximity to the beach and great view. A few suggestions to add to the property there are six beds we brought six people there were three beach chairs one was broken all the beach equipment it’s also broken boogie boards and the beach umbrella we are grateful that they provided beach equipment just not adequate amount considering the property sleeps six. The water was shut off most of the week on and off due to maintenance which caused some issues with being able to make meals and shower. There was a full-time resident that lives by the pool that did not make you feel welcome. Also while we were there the garbage disposal had a crack in it so water was everywhere but they did come fix it the next day. We have stayed in the Sanibel units for other times and have not had this problem in the past. We love the location in the quietness of the complex.

This property was so perfect for us. We had a very nice time. This is the second time we have rented that specific unit. Our internet was down for a couple days but that is not fault of anyone. It seems ridiculous that the unit doesn't offer high-def cable service. In this day and age, and with the money we spend on rental costs, you would think high-def TV would be available. I can't imagine it would cost the unit owner much to upgrade the cable service. Also, the bath spigot in the hall bath needs replacing.

Condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. I thought the balcony was an ocean front view, that was my mistake. I had looked at so many before choosing this condo. It was just steps from the sand. The condo was clean and had everything u could think of to use on the beach. My three teenage daughters had a great time.

It can get very confusing very quickly when researching rentals on those larger websites. Our hope is our guests will utilize Sanibel Holiday when searching for the perfect condo for their family and friends. We are a small company by design so we know each our units inside and out and can advise you on the best place the stay. We know just how many units are at each property, what the views are, beach access, if the unit provides beach equipment....I could go on and on! We vacation on Sanibel every year and stay at Villa Sanibel. This year, we stayed in 1H and love everything about it. The unit was clean and well laid out for the vacationer. The furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. We love being only steps away from "toes in the sand" and having access to beach chairs and toys. Although the unit does not have bicycles, we rented some and enjoyed the network of bike paths. Villa Sanibel is only a couple of minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy. When in season, don't miss the Sanibel Farmers Market on Sunday mornings. We love Sanibel and appreciate what Villa Sanibel has to offer.

Renting Villa 1H was easy and we loved the space which had plenty of room for our family of 4. Teen and pre-teen got to have their own sleeping space. Clean unit, well stocked with kitchen items, and very clean. Could use a broom so we can sweep up as needed, as there was only a hand brush and dustpan. Loved the bonus beach towels and all the beach supplies. Washer & dryer come in so handy.

I wish the pool area was a little larger. It got crowded a few times but then again we were there during spring break.

This was are 3rd stay on the island and it seems every time the water conditions have gotten worse. They are releasing water from lake okeechobee into the bay making the water look terrible. I hope they are able to fix the conditions soon.

The location is great. Being on the second floor gives a wonderful view of the gulf and beach from the porch, front door and guest bedroom. And it is just a few steps from the beach. Another plus is the loft where 2 people can stay. We appreciate the fact that there are only 20 units, and 2 next to each other so it is private. This unit has had somethings new or redone each time we have been there in the last 7 years so it always looks nice.

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment. **
Welcome to Villa Sanibel 1H, a stunning, and fully renovated beach front condo at the highly sought-after Villa Sanibel. Located in building #1, Villa Sanibel is uniquely built and is as close to the beach as you can get. 1H, a second floor unit (sorry, no elevator) with 2 bedrooms + loft sleeping area and 2 full bathrooms, is just 10 steps to the sand from the bottom of the entry stairs. You will be awed by the amazing views of the Gulf as you head out your front door!
As you enter, you will know you have arrived to your beach vacation! The spacious and open concept floor plan is engulfed in natural light and decorated with fun coastal decor. The well-appointed kitchen is open and bright and adjacent to the dining and living areas, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. The dining space is set for 4, but the table is spacious enough to pull in additional chairs. Guests can also dine at the large kitchen bar with 4 seats. If dining al-fresco is your style, you will love the screened in lanai just off the living room. Gather on the comfortable sofas to watch the big game, enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV or just relax after a day on beach.
