Arrival:

All guests are required to check-in at our Guest Welcome Center located at 1177 Causeway Blvd. When making your travel arrangements please take into consideration check-in is 3:00 p.m. and is strictly enforced. This allows our staff and cleaners adequate time to prepare for your arrival and those of other guests.

After Hour Arrival Information:

We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note the following should you be arriving after hours:

  • Your arrival packet, which includes keys and directions to your unit, will be left in our lock box at our office located at the 1177 Causeway Blvd.
  • The lock box is located by our front door and is secured with a combination lock. The combination is provided in your confirmation information
  • Locate your arrival packet which will be in alphabetical order by your last name. Inside you will find your keys and other important information such as WiFi codes. A map from our office to your property is located on the back of the packet. 
  • Please close the lock box and it will automatically lock.

Departure: 

All keys, if applicable, must be returned to our Guest Welcome Center located at 1177 Causeway Blvd. If you are departing outside of business hours please drop your keys in the slot on top of our lock box located by our front door.

As proud supporters of F.I.S.H of Sanibel we encourage you to bring unopened, non-perishable food items to our office upon your departure.
