**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Sanddollar B204 has been welcoming guests since March 2025. The pool and tennis/pickleball courts are open. Parking is limited and we can only guarantee parking for 1 car. If you have an additional vehicle, please reach out to Sanibel Holiday to discuss options. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**

Welcome to paradise at Sanddollar B204!

With just 36 units, Sanddollar is a small, family-friendly property off Middle Gulf Drive. Each condo offers stunning, direct views of the Gulf. With all new furnishings and coastal inspired decor, you and your guests will step into "vacation mode" the moment you enter the front door. You will be greeted by breathtaking views of turquoise water and a pristine white sandy beach. Take in the views from your open concept living room/dining room/kitchen or step out on to your private, screened-in lanai. With space for dining or lounging, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the shore birds on the beach or to linger over an evening cocktail before heading out to one of the many wonderful island restaurants.

Unit B204, is a spacious 1300 sq ft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front, corner unit that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary suite features an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet. There is also a small balcony that is accessible from the primary suite with views of the pool and tennis courts. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, perfect for family or visiting friends. A completely remodeled bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom for easy access.

Prepare gourmet meals in the beautiful, brand-new kitchen, boasting quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The “chef” will find everything they could need, and more, in this well-stocked kitchen.

Beach equipment is stored in your private storage locker on the ground floor. Keyless access to enter both the unit and beach storage means never being locked out or having to carry a key. Beach towels are provided for your stay.

Additional amenities at unit B204: 2 Smart TVs, high speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts & community shared gas grills.

We had a relaxing stay at Sanddollar. The unit had everything we needed for a great week. The views were wonderful! We used the pickleball courts and pool daily as well. Looking forward to coming again!

Comfortable, well-appointed unit with magnificent views of the gulf. Beds were comfortable, great walk-in closet, and nice shower. Kitchen has all the tools you need if you all cooking in.
