Description

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Loggerhead Cay has been welcoming guests since December 2023. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**

Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 421, an all new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo conveniently located on the ground level of this family-friendly complex. The modern coastal elegance of this condo will take your breath away! The beautiful white-pine wood plank porcelain floors and the decor's hues of blues & greys with splashes of poppy make this condo sparkle.

The open concept kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare easy snacks or gourmet meals. Enjoy those meals at your kitchen island, large dining table or spacious lanai. After a long day of floating in the Gulf of Mexico, cool down on one of the beautiful living room sofas and watch TV on your flat screen TV. When you are ready to retire for the evening your primary en-suite awaits with a comfy king size bed. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and another TV for your entertainment. If you find you must work during your stay you'll be happy with the high speed internet and Wifi provided.

Step directly from your screened-in lanai to the serene courtyard and make your way to the Olympic size pool where you can spend your afternoon lounging and taking in the warm Gulf Breezes. When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy a short leisurely stroll to the famous Sanibel white sands and calm turquois waters. For your convenience, beach chairs, an umbrella, 4 beach towels and beach toys are provided during your stay.

Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.

**This condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY**
**Sleeper-sofa sheets available upon request**
**The use, charging & storage of E-bikes & E-scooters are currently prohibited on the property.**

Great vacation spot! Perfect location - close to beach and pool! The condo was perfect - beautifully decorated (loved all the nature photos), spotlessly clean and very well equipped -it had everything we needed and more! I loved working with Sanibel Holiday! Their communication was wonderful and everyone we meet, talked to, texted or emailed was friendly, professional, and helpful!
We loved that a hard copy of the instructions was there for us and the household starter kit was a huge help! And they even sent useful information on supplies we would need including the best bug repellent! We had a great time!
We are happily working on dates for our next vacation!

Our condo was like a home away from home! We were impressed by the beautiful decor and gourmet kitchen with literally everything we needed. The condo was immaculate and we had absolutely no problems. The rental company was very professional and attentive and they reached out to us throughout the week to check how we were doing and if we needed anything! That never happens with other companies normally, they usually hide from you! The pool was very clean and well maintained with plenty of lounges. The beach and shells were more than we expected!!!! Thank you for a fabulous vacation experience and we definitely will tell our friends

We spent 2 weeks at Loggerhead Cay 421. Love the lanai that opens to the courtyard and then right to the beach. Good selection of beach toys to use. Condo was clean and spacious.

We have rented through Sanibel Holiday for almost 10 years now. Their staff is always helpful and work hard to make our stay a wonderful experience. Our condos are always clean and well maintained. In the off chance that something goes awry, like a clogged sink, etc., they have someone out right away to make it right. Recently, we had to change to another unit so that we could stay another week (the one we had was not available for the last week of stay). The staff at Sanibel Holiday coordinated the move-out and move-in so that units were ready for the quickest possible transition, and we got regular communication throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about the team at Sanibel Holiday.

The condo had everything we needed. Although the unit didn’t really have an ocean view it was a very short walk to the beach. The unit had lots of beach toys for the kids, chairs and an umbrella. The pool was big and warm. There were even a few kids movies and games in the condo for when the kids had enough sun, sand and beach for the day.

The condo is spacious and in great location. It has a kitchen that has everything you need for cooking (even the blender and juicer). We enjoyed playing tennis and spending time on the pool (water in the pool was nice and warm).

The condo is nicer than the pictures show. The only negative thing is that the furniture (couch in the living room) is outdated and it either needs cleaning or replacement.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful vacation.

We would have loved an ocean view, but it was just a short walk to the beach. We watched sunrise every day, beautiful. The week was quite chilly for Florida, no beach days, but we enjoyed our stay. The staff were terrific.

Our condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped, beds where very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra sheets. Lots of beach towels & bathroom towels. Air conditioning worked very well, cold A/C is so important, especially when the temperature outside in in the 90's. It was an excellent stay at Loggerhead Cay unit 421. The owner as well as the management company took care of every detail to assure we had a comfortable stay.

Sanibel is a wonderful getaway with endless opportunities for exploring hidden places, great restaurants,shopping havens and the arts. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Take it easy with walks on the beach or hop on a boat for an exciting hour with the dolphins or a lunch trip to a beautiful island. Endless delights and surprises await you in this Garden of Eden.
