2021 Opening of Our Guest Welcome Center

Guests now check-in at our Guest Welcome Center which is the 1st commercial building as you enter the island, located next door to the Chamber of Commerce. It is perfectly located to not only greet incoming guests but to attract new ones. In addition to our Guest Welcome Center, we have our Administrative & Concierge Service Center centrally located on Periwinkle near Jerry’s. Our goal is to be easily accessible for guests, owners, and property vendors.

Transparent Updates and Feedback

We offer our owner partners access to an online owner portal that provides you easy access to your statements, service orders and booking calendars. In addition, we electronically collect guest reviews to maximize your guest’s experience.

Trust Accounting and Bookkeeping Services

We follow strict trust-based accounting principles. We will never comingle your money with our operating activities. We provide detailed monthly financial statements, a year-end statement and form 1099-MISC for income tax filing purposes.

Professional Rental Management

We provide our owner partners with a full complement of professional management tools, such as linen service (including blankets), cleaning, inspection (post-rental, vacant and storm) and 24/7 on call services for in-house guests.
