The home features a screened-in private heated pool with a large outdoor space perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. The living room, dining room and master bedroom all open onto this spacious outdoor area. An outdoor shower and shell cleaning station make your day at the beach an easy clean up when you get back to the home. The beach access is approximately 0.2 miles from your front door. There is a washer, dryer, grill, Wi-Fi, 4 bicycles, beach equipment and beach towels provided for your use. This is a smoke-free property. Sanibel Dwelling License # RDWL - 004044

We were very happy with Allen Home. In the house you will find everything you need. It was very light and friendly. It was only a very short walk to the beach. We would rent this house again. The Sanibel Holiday team in particular is extremely helpful and competent. Many thanks.
