Description

Cosmo Cottage is a recent addition to Sanibel Holiday’s monthly rentals, a stilted lakeside 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the East Rocks division that sleeps up to 8 people. This is within walking or biking distance to beach access off West Gulf Drive, but also comes with a private heated pool and a hot tub (fenced ground floor). This home also features a 2-car garage.

This home is designed to allow extra light for an extraordinary Florida experience. On the main floor is a fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast bar with granite counter-tops, a corner den overlooking the lake, a spacious living room with large flat screen TV (1 of 3 in the home), dining area set for 6, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a large screened patio with mini refrigerator and outdoor dining table. Wildlife photography is featured throughout the home.

The master bedroom (with private master bathroom) offers a King size bed, a guest bedroom with a Queen size bed, a second guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds, plus a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This is a dog-friendly home (up to 40 pounds) with payment of a non-refundable pet deposit and owner permission. Please be advised, the adjacent lake is known to have alligators, which are territorial. Always use caution in this area and it is recommended that you do not leave a pet or child unattended or unsupervised. Do not under any circumstances feed alligators (violators subject to fines and jail time under Florida law).
