Gulf Beach 102 is one of 14 all Gulf front condos located near the East End of Sanibel Island. A very popular location, this first-living level (one floor up), nicely decorated unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The owner provides 3 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD players, Wi-Fi, beach equipment and beach towels. You can take in the beauty of Sanibel’s beaches from your private screened-in lanai. This location is just a short bike ride away from Lighthouse Beach, the pier and the shops and restaurants along Periwinkle Way. Complex amenities include: a community heated pool, elevator and gas grills. Gulf Beach is a smoke-fee complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Beach 102. The condo itself is a nice size, and the location was amazing. We enjoyed the screened balcony- kept bugs away! Cons would be cleanliness, as I felt that the floors ans carpets weren’t clean. The furniture is also dated and needs replaced. The washer/dryer combo ruined some or out clothes, putting black marks and holes in them.

I gave Gulf Beach 102 5-stars because of the cleanliness, great location,kitchen supplies provided and the large variety of beach equipment in the locker. It is a very quiet complex. We never heard anyone the entire stay. I would definitely stay again. There was not anything that I needed throughout the week that wasn’t provided for me in this unit.

The place was clean, perfect, and accommodating. The view is breathtaking, the screened in porch is perfect. The kitchen had anything we needed, the pull-out bed from the couch was so helpful. Beach access is steps away and the pool is amazing.

We recently stayed for one week at Gulf Beach 102. This complex is conveniently located at the East End of Sanibel. From this location, we were able to walk to breakfast one morning at the Lighthouse Café and dinner one night at Dante's at the Sanibel Inn. This was a plus, since traffic in Sanibel can be tough.

The condo itself is nicely decorated and has updated kitchen and baths. Bathrooms are on the small side. Master bedroom and living area open to the balcony, which is screened in. We had cool weather so were able to turn off the A/C and open the doors and windows to hear the ocean at night.

The unit has a storage locker/room downstairs with a good number of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cart to tote your stuff to the beach, etc. This was a nice feature.

We didn't use it but the pool area looked nice. We spent our time at the beach and it was peaceful and quiet.

There is a charcoal grill out front, facing the road you can use to cook out.

Nice walk to the Sanibel lighthouse as well.

We stayed in a lovely condo at Gulf Beach - condo 102. Had a lovely view of the ocean - private walk to the beach. All the accommodations of home and more towels/beach towels - Keurig maker and regular coffee maker and more I can't say enough did not need for anything other than another week :).

This was our fourth stay at Gulf Beach, and our second stay at Unit 102. When we were at 102 two years ago, it was nice, but since then, it has been updated and we really appreciated the extra attention to details. Beautiful decorations and paint, cozy bedrooms, great bathrooms, nice furniture or the lanai. We especially love the privacy and quiet of Gulf Beach. It is a hidden gem on Sanibel!

We had great 7 day beach vacation at Gulf Beach Condo #102. The Condo was neat & clean and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. Great Gulf front view of the Gulf. Great pool!
A quiet smaller condo complex, only 14 units, so it's perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect location for a walk to the lighthouse. Great communication with Sanibel Holidays. The unit was super clean and all amenities were in place. After 10 years visiting the Island, best rental yet. Quiet and private.
