****Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 30 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. The exterior of building #2 and the lanais will be HAND PAINTED May 6- May 24th with temporary plastic to cover windows and lanais. Parking will be limited to spaces away from building. All elevators are working. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are now open***

This is one of 168 units at one of Sanibel’s largest condo communities, just a short distance from the Sanibel Causeway and the many shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. Loggerhead Cay #273 is able to accommodate a party of 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit also features a full kitchen and has a partial water view over the courtyard on the screened-in lanai. The owner provides beach equipment for your convenience. Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a community heated pool, gas grills, shuffleboard, pickleball & tennis court, and direct access to the beach. This is a non-smoking property.

We always enjoy our stay at Loggerhead Cay. Have stayed many times. Everything was clean and needed for nothing in the kitchen or bath. Extra sheet set and maybe new beach equipment would have been nice, but we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it so much

Kitchen is somewhat "boxed in," but this could be an advantage for a family with someone "sleeping in" on the sofa-bed. Kitchen could use a cookie sheet.

I would like to suggest ceiling fans on the patio and bedrooms . Furniture is dated but was comfortable. Overall the condo is very nice, Pool is excellent.
