Description

****Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 30 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at surrounding properties and throughout the island. Also, possible construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. The exterior of building 5 and the lanais will be PAINTED July 8-July 26 with temporary plastic to cover windows and lanais. Parking will be limited to spaces away from building. All elevators are working. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are now open***

Loggerhead Cay is located on the East end of Sanibel Island, 5 minutes from the Causeway, 2 superior golf courses and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. A short drive away is the Sanibel Athletic Center, library, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and many other amenities.

Unit 582 is a short walk through the lush courtyard to the beautiful shell-strewn beach and heated pool. This bright, beautiful unit is freshly painted, with all hard surface flooring. Brand new appliances have just been installed along with all new mattresses. Everything that you will need is provided in this very well stocked unit. The owner has thought of everything a guest could want for the most relaxing and comfortable stay. For outdoor fun, the owner provides access to their private storage locker. 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your use.
The extensively landscaped Loggerhead Condominium complex also has gas grills, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboards courts and all equipment for these sports can be borrowed from the office.

Loggerhead Cay is a non-smoking property and complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely condo! Everything was clean, updated, and Sanibel Holiday was attentive to our needs. The location can’t be beat, located steps away from beautiful sand with plentiful shells! We hope to return to Sanibel soon!

I enjoyed the condo, it was a little further to the beach than I was decorated very nice and very clean. I also missed having a beach view. Do to the hurricane, Sanibel had a lot of construction but I appreciated the rental agent getting me something available. I have no complaints and enjoyed being there.

Sanibel Holiday gave us just that,a holiday on Sanibel. We were so grateful that they were able to book us on rather short notice due to us being mislead for months by the owner of another property. Loggerhead Cay is in a perfect location for shelling and right on the beach,nice decor and the kitchen was perfect for all our needs. It's everything they advertised it to be! Sanibel Holiday were wonderful and available any time we called with any questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely hope to be back as Sanibel is our happy place
