Beach equipment provided in storage locker for your convenience. Sand Pointe is a 40 unit complex located on West Gulf Drive. Sand Pointe is a smoke-free and vape-free property. This property requires a 7 night minimum stay.

The description is just as it looks in their pictures! Just a short walk to the beach and close to the pool. Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

Beautiful location and views!! We were 4 and did make use of the sofa bed. All new appliances were new. If the carpeting was changed to a hard surface, would be great! We all loved the vacation!!!!!

Unit #113 was as we expected (good). Only area of disappointment was the size of the bathrooms (smaller than many other condos on the island).
2nd bathroom tub/shower combo did not drain well at all.
The pool is also very cold

Clean, cute condo with new appliances; well equipped kitchen; great location with few steps to the beach; comfortable king size bed. Had to deal with cable to TV.....unstable cable outlet. Bathrooms are small....glad my husband and I could each have one. The washer and dryer are great!
