Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from your large lanai, relax by the heated pool or walk along Sanibel’s world-renowned, shell-strewn beaches. Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation. I stayed with a family of 5, kids aged 7, 5, and 4. We rented kid stuff from island rentals and got food delivered from Jerry's. Everything was fantastic!

We stayed in Sand Pointe 122 the last week in June. The overall experience was good. The unit was clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the pool area. It was an easy walk to the beach. The beach "tools" were kept in a storage area on the first floor, which made it convenient for transporting back and forth to the beach. Comfortable unit, everything worked. Just down the road from Bailey's Grocery.

All was fine- the furniture is getting tired- a maintenance issue was resolved efficiently. A ceiling fan on the lanai would be a nice addition.

We had a great time in our Sand Pointe condo. Perfect location for our family with three kids. Steps to the beach - which was gorgeous. Pool is heated and comfortable. A quick drive or bike ride to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very well equipped and had everything we needed - plenty of towels, extra bedding, pots and pans. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Pointe 122, the location was great and it is a nice complex. The only thing that could improve was the master bedroom mattress and a few things were lacking in the kitchen. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Clean upon check in. Plenty of bath towels and other necessities. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. Plenty of beach chairs (5) and umbrellas (2).

This was the third time we had stayed in this unit. It is perfect for us. Close to the beach and pool. Well stocked with dishes and cookware. The swamp bunnies were really cute and the crows are real talkers. For collecting shells this unit is perfectly situated on the beach.
