This is our favorite condo and location on Sanibel. The beach isn't too crowded, the bike ride to Ding Darling is a perfect distance, and access to our favorite restaurants is close by.

very nice condo. love the on demand water heater.
kitchen fully equipped, 3rd floor view, windows great and balcony furniture the best. highly recommend. extra dishwasher pods would be nice!

Sand Pointe still has a lot of construction going on but I knew that when we rented. We were visiting our condo, which is still under construction, in the same building. This is a very nice end unit on the top floor. It was tasteful, comfortable and well appointed. The only complaint is the drapery system in the primary bedroom which was poorly designed. The small recliner in the living room is a total jewel. We took turns sitting in it. The lanai was a bit dusty, but I’m sure that was due to the surrounding construction. The inside of the unit was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable. The coffee pot worked well. We didn’t cook a thing, but the kitchen appeared to be well supplied.

Location was great. Beach not crowded. Unit was very nice but could be re-painted. Management staff of Sanibel Holiday was extremely helpful. We needed new beach chairs and received them right away.

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years, and our favorite rental company is Sanibel Holiday. Always so nice, condos always clean, good amount of starter supplies and things to do for the week suggestions. Wonderful people!

We found the condo very clean and really enjoyed all of it. The complex is nice and small, very quiet and the short walk to the beach was great, The location was perfect to many of the restaurants on the island, with The Sandbar just 300 feet away. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back. The only suggestion is to bring your own knives if you are going to use the kitchen.

Very good location. The only thing to raise a point is carpet needed cleaned and the unit could use some paint. I have been going to Sanibel for years had the best time in years. Local of the unit was ideal and the rental company was very responsive to an problem I had. Thank you

Right on West Gulf where you can take in a sunset from the beach, some Sanibel favorites like Doc Ford's, Over Easy, Joey's Custard and George & Wendy's are just a short bike ride away and conveniently located right next door to The Sandbar Restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sanibel at Sand Pointe 231! The condo had everything we needed and was very sunny and bright with all of the windows. We spent hours out on the huge lanai watching various birds come and go to the pond. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a clean, bright, sunny space! The furniture was tasteful and comfy, the king mattress was great. The view (and sound) of the ocean from the third floor was mesmerizing (we did appreciate the elevator when schlepping luggage or groceries).

A/C, Wi-Fi, TVs, etc. were all in perfect working order. There was covered parking for the car, and the bike trail is right across the street. There were plenty of pots, dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen that we used to prepare all the fresh goodies we bought at the Sunday Farmer’s Market (don’t miss it!), and the lanai was a perfect place to eat.

Sand Pointe is a peaceful complex with a short boardwalk directly to the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back to this unit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We've been coming to Sand Pointe for years. Sanibel is one of our favorite places. Special kudos to Sanibel Holiday. We left some of my grandson's clothes in the dryer when we left. Called Sanibel Holiday and they collected them and mailed them to my daughter.

This was our second time staying in this unit. The unit was clean and enjoyable to stay in. It wasn’t as clean as the first time we stayed though. The walls and doors in the bathroom were dirty and the carpet in the main area around the dining table was stained. I’d probably stay here again but it does need some deeper cleaning. The seating in the main room could stand to be cleaned also. The lightbulb was out in the hallway and there were tiny ants in the kitchen but one call to the rental company and those two problems were taken care of. We love Sanibel and didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but, after our first stay, we expected the same amount of cleanliness.

Fabulous! The accommodations, location, and amenities were perfect.

The only thing we'd change is the ceiling fan on the lanai did not work. We would have enjoyed having the fan on the lanai operational, as we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the weather and the scenery.

Having stayed in the same location 2 years ago we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Beautiful views,lovely fixtures and furnishings though the TV system has us a little baffled but then we didn't really want to watch it anyway.
The rental company staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided all we needed.
Best thing about the 2BR arrangement if you travel as a couple is as much room as you need in the bathroom to put out your toiletries if, as like me, your wife fills the whole sink surround with hers!
