Description

Sandpiper Beach is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath the swaying palms and lush vegetation. Enjoy cooking out on the gas BBQ grills, strike up a tennis match on the courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. A wooden boardwalk takes you from the heated pool and sundeck area directly onto the lovely wide sandy beach. Sandpiper Beach is sure to please every member of the family! Unit #303 is a 1st living level, corner unit with vaulted ceilings and Gulf and pool view. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king in the master, twin beds in the guestroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The owner has recently updated the bathrooms and provides flat screen TV’s in each room and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the storage locker for your convenience. This is a non-smoking complex and has NO ELEVATORS.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Beach 303. This was not our original property rental and we had to be relocated due to maintenance however I thought this was an even better location than my first choice. The property inside and outside was very clean and well maintained. SUPER location, very private. The washer was not working properly was the only drawback. Unit well supplied with everything we needed. Enjoyed great meals at The Lighthouse, Traders, The Clam Shack, Mucky Duck, Bubble room etc. Will definitely recommend to others.

We had a great experience renting Sandpiper Beach 303. The condo was beautiful and clean. The complex was quiet and the pool was well maintained. It was great that it had a storage closet with beach gear, including bikes. Would stay here again.

We loved being here and in this 303 unit. Would loved to have been able to rent it again for next year, but understood that the owners want to use it themselves next year. Don't blame them. Sandpiper is so peaceful and quiet - ease to get to the beach - a hidden treasure for sure. Very glad to have been able to reserve another unit in Sandpiper for next year, only wish we could have 303. One problem is that the living area TV remote did not work - put in new batteries & still did not work. Ended up turning on & off & volume manually.

Great time! Sandpiper Beach is our favorite complex. Great pool, close to beach and somewhat secluded with no additional complex on one side. 303 is well stocked with everything needed including bikes and beach gear in the storage locker.

We have stayed in this condo multiple times and have not been disappointed yet. We love that the complex is located at the end of the street and close to the beach. Everything we needed was right there. We are all ready to go back now, but we’ll have to wait for next year.

Great location on a very quiet dead end street. The condo was nice and very clean. The bikes were a nice addition, and we used them frequently. The beach closet was well stocked with a cart, chairs, umbrellas and all sorts of toys.
We had some problems during check-in which were dealt with in a professional manner. This was much appreciated.

Stayed here many times over the years and always stay on sandpiper the unit had everything you need including bike and beach furniture umbrellas and fishing equipment pool is clean and inviting the grounds are kept beautiful I would say the unit is showing some signs of wear however it did not stop us from booking here again just love the island and slow pace of life we will be back again

Sandpiper 303 is a condo we’ve stayed at for three years, and the only reason we won’t be renting it again is because we now need an elevator (stairs are just too difficult anymore). The location of this condo is phenomenal, right in the middle of the island but away from the hustle and bustle. The view from the entire condo is breathtaking, you see the water as soon as you walk in the door. This is a corner unit, and nobody above you, so it is very quiet. The entire complex is only five buildings, so it is a peaceful stay. The beach is never crowded and there is a nice walkway to the sand. This complex is right next to a nature preserve, so you see lots of birds. The inside of the unit it top notch, and I have never slept on a better mattress in the guest room (and that’s saying something for a twin bed). The master is a large bedroom, very nice, and the showers are great, with the frameless glass doors. There’s even a Keurig, which is a big plus (at least to me). I’d recommend this unit without any hesitation, you’ll love it. I hope others enjoy it as much as we did!

We've stayed in this unit for five years and will return as long as we're able. Very well taken care of; muted, comfortable interior; quiet (no unit above, on a corner); appliances updated. Love our time at Sanibel. The location is great - only a bike ride to anywhere we want to go on the island. Nice and quiet. Love that the pool and pickle ball courts are right outside our room. And we use the bikes provided daily. Can't wait to come back again next year :)

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice and stocked well with supplies. The bikes were brand new and we enjoyed nightly bike rides. The weather was picture perfect. The only complaint would be that the shed was very hard to get into. We would sometimes stand for 5 minutes working with the key to get it to open. (Not a big deal...just something that needs to be fixed for future guests.) We had an awesome trip!! We have stayed in various Sandpiper condos on Sanibel almost every year for 20 years. We love it!! This unit was great!

Sandpiper Beach feels so we completely understand why you have returned here for over 20 years! Biking Sanibel is a great way to explore the island as well as get around. We have over 25 miles of bikes paths throughout the island. We are so sorry to hear you had difficulty getting the lock of the storage area to have put in a maintenance order to get that corrected immediately. Somethings tells me we will be seeing you in 2021, or if we are lucky, even sooner!

SB303 was a great unit. Bed linens, towels, beach towels were all very nice quality. The sound bar was appreciated by me to play music. Loved having no one above me. New solid flooring is easy to keep clean. Kitchen plates were stylish and helped make every meal feel special. Minimal food storage bins and no salt/pepper. Probably other renters don’t respect those things. Really loved the excellent bikes and beach chairs. Hope to stay again.

Excellent location, easy "backroad" access away from busy Periwinkle. Terrific view and easy walk to the beach on an elevated walkway. Best beds I've ever slept on in a rental and the bathrooms and showers are amazing. There is even a Keurig for daily coffee. Four bikes are included and there are so many beach things to use, I don't think you could ever lack for fun in the sand. Highly recommend this unit!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Sanibel! First I just have to say that, I walked through the condo BAREFOOT it was so clean! if you know me, you would know how big of a deal this is! Cleanliness is at the top of my list when it comes to any hotel or condo! We had some extra rainy weather while we were there but it did not dampen our spirits or ruin our stay. It just makes us want to come back next year for longer! I cannot say enough about how perfect everything was! The screened in porch at night, with a glass of wine, unwinding, was my favorite place. Then it was my first stop in the morning, with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was almost as stocked with as much as I have at home! You will not need to take anything if you plan on cooking, other than food. You also have the choice of using a regular coffee pot or a Keurig, which I thought was super convenient! The shelling was magnificent and I can't wait to get back to search for more beautiful shells. You can see the ocean from the back porch and the pool is just steps from the condo. The establishment was calm and quiet. My boys (8 and 6) loved the pool! We way overpacked because so much was averrable! You have access to a cart to push things to the beach, bikes, floats, etc. I would not change a thing about this condo and we cannot wait to go back!

one of the best vacations ever, partly due to this wonderful condo. it had everything we needed, it was spotless and the location couldn't have been better. steps to a pristine beach and a crystal clear pool. the grounds were immaculate. we appreciated the bicycles as a ride to the grocery store was only about 15 minutes and beautiful. the view from the condo was gorgeous. thank you to the owners/managers!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We had visited Sanibel Island some year ago and taking our now teenagers back and we will return next summer! We've vacationed on Sanibel Island since 1986 and have stayed at 303 Sandpiper Beach three times. Each visit to this property has been stress free! No issues or even the slightest complaint about the condo. We were concerned about this visit due to the Red Tide. The levels of the RT had decreased some by the time of our stay and tropical storm Gordon decreased the RT more. Even though we couldn't be in the ocean and did experience some respiratory symptoms due to the RT--we had a wonderful time. Pool, parking, condo appliances, air conditioning, furniture, bedding and bathrooms were all great.
