Description

Villa Sanibel is a quiet, private 20 unit Gulf front complex located near all the island conveniences on West Gulf Drive. This community offers a heated pool, gas grills, and tennis, all surrounded by lush tropical landscape. Unit 3A is a 2 bedroom ground-level unit with views of the pool which can be easily accessed from the lanai, with parking located immediately outside the entry door. The owner has updated the screens throughout the condo with antimicrobial, no-seeum proof screening. This nicely furnished and updated unit has tile flooring throughout and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a king in the master, 2 twin beds in guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Meals are a breeze in the well stocked kitchen which provides a slow cooker with sous vide probe, new Kitchen Aid blender, Cusinart food processor & Keurig coffee maker. 3 flat screen HDTV's (each with a DVD player), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, free long distance and secure Wi-Fi also provided for your enjoyment. ***Please note: Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free property. 1 assigned parking spot per unit. Overflow parking near the tennis courts is limited and not guaranteed.***

The location was great but the property management was lacking. We did not have enough linens in the unit and they arrived on the 4th day after several requests. The pillows were too thin.

If you would would like to try an easy in and out ground level unit this is it ! The unit is well appointed , the storage closet has the best beach chairs , umbrellas, and a beach wagon . The owners have a basket of beach towels available . Beds very comfortable .

We loved our rental home. It was decorated beautifully. All the appliances were new and easy to operate. It was well equipped with everything you could need. We loved how our unit was right by the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We’re seniors so our first floor unit was great.

Villa Sanibel unit 3A is the perfect getaway. Steps from the pool, a short distance to the beach and well equipped to handle virtually all your needs during your stay. The staff at Sanibel Holidays was great and we received timely responses to any questions we had.

The condo was perfect with one exception. The dish washer did not work for most of the two weeks that we were there. A new dish washer was installed the day before we left. Sanibel Holiday took care of the entire process. Otherwise, the property parking, pool and beach were excellent.

We always love coming to Sanibel the 1st 2 weeks of December. It is quiet and the Villa Sanibel complex is perfect. Just a short walk out of the units and you have direct access. Just across the road you have access to the bike path that gives you access to the entire island. We typically park the car upon our arrival and don't use it again until we have to leave.

We love staying at Villa Sanibel. The location is perfect. You can walk out your lanai and you're at the pool. You walk about 50 yards and you're on the beach. Full kitchen, 2 full baths and the washer and dryer make it so nice and convenient for our family. Plenty of living space.

We have stayed from the lighthouse area to Captiva. When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.

Villa Sanibel is feeling like our summer vacation home. Everything we need is there. The swimming pool is right outside the lanai door and the other renters are friendly. The beach is filled with a variety of shells and the gulf water was more clear than we have seen in recent years. Good times.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location next to the pool made it super easy and convenient. The pool was a good size and never too busy. The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.
