The condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TV's with cable, DVD's, beach chairs, toys, and umbrella, plus wireless internet service. Since Villa Sanibel is a small complex, privacy is foremost, yet the superb location is convenient to the best walking, biking, and nature trails on the island. Seventy percent of Sanibel is protected wildlife preserve and refuge. A heated pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, grill area, and a tennis court complete your vacation stay. Golf courses, marinas, restaurants, shopping, health club, and a movie theater are only minutes away by car or bike.
